Compensating/Lieu Time Bank. In lieu of payment referred to in Article 16.01 above and 16.04 c) below, a Full- time employee may request to accumulate her approved overtime hours at the rate of 1.5 hours for each overtime hour worked and/or any non-overtime hours in the Compensating Time Bank, with the exception of any lieu time accumulated as a result of Camp, per Article 15.08, to a maximum of twenty-one (21.0) hours. Time banked must be taken within ninety (90) days of having worked the hours. A full-time employee shall be able to take time off according to the amount of accumulated time standing to her credit in the Compensating Time Bank at such times as are mutually agreed between the employee and her Supervisor. The Employer reserves the right to pay out any remaining amounts to the employee’s credit if the employee is unable to take the time.

  • Compensating Time Off ‌ At the time an employee is required or requested to work overtime, the employee may opt for compensating time off at the applicable overtime rate in lieu of overtime pay. If an employee opts for compensating time off in lieu of overtime pay, the time shall be taken at a time mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer and shall be taken within 24 calendar weeks of the occurrence of the overtime. The Employer will make a reasonable effort to allow time off when requested by the employee. If such time off is not taken by the end of the 24 week period, overtime at the applicable overtime rate shall be paid on the employee's next regular paycheque.

  • Compensating Time Compensating time earned by an employee may be accumulated up to two hundred forty (240) hours. Except where operational needs require otherwise, employees shall be entitled to use compensating time at times of their choice. Upon mutual agreement between an employee and an agency and with approval of the Commissioner or a designee, an agency may at any time pay an employee for up to two hundred forty (240) hours of that employee's accumulated compensating time. Such payment shall be made at the employee's hourly rate of pay in effect at the time of payment.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Settlement Administrator 52. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in the next Paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, providing Mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; effecting Publication Notice; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the Claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria set forth in Section X and Exhibits 5, 6, and 7.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.
