Compliance with District Policies. The Charter School shall comply with all school district policies regarding the operations and maintenance of the school facility and furnishings and equipment, including but not limited to ensuring only age-appropriate use of all facilities, furnishings and equipment, including playground equipment, and with respect to the disposal of trash.
Compliance with District Policies. Partner Organization agrees to comply with the applicable written District Board of Education policies, which hereafter by this reference are incorporated into and enforceable under this Agreement.
Compliance with District Policies. The Co-responders shall be familiar with District policy, regulations and guidelines related to safety and student conduct and discipline issues, including the District’s Code of Conduct (collectively, “District Policy”). The Co-responder Clinicians will exercise discretion as needed within their legal authority and discretion and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IGA.
Compliance with District Policies. The Contractor certifies its agreement and will comply with any applicable District Policies regarding contracting and procurement procedures.
Compliance with District Policies. Concessionaire and any of its employees and agents shall, at all times during the term hereof and during the performance of services hereunder, comply with District policies, procedures, regulations, and directives, as modified from time to time.
Compliance with District Policies. City shall exercise best efforts to see that any and all use of school facilities scheduled or authorized by City is in compliance with District's policies, which shall specifically, and without limitation, include the following:
a. Use and/or possession of alcohol and/or any controlled substance is prohibited;
b. Use and/or possession of all forms of tobacco is prohibited;
c. Other than as specifically set forth in this MOA, City shall not schedule or authorize any use of District facilities without prior approval of District; and
d. All activities scheduled and/or authorized by City shall be appropriate and shall be in accordance with the best interests of the District and its students and patrons.
Compliance with District Policies. To the extent not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with due regard for her position, Xxxxx shall be subject to the District Bylaws, policies, practices, procedures, and rules of the District, including those policies and procedures set forth in the District’s Code of Professional Conduct, but in no event shall anything in such documents be construed to expand the definition of Cause as specified in Section 5 of this Agreement.
Compliance with District Policies. SROs shall be familiar with and comply with all relevant District policies, regulations and guidelines related to safety, nondiscrimination, student conduct and discipline issues, including the District’s Code of Conduct, except to the extent such policies, regulations, Code and guidelines directly conflict with the SRO’s responsibilities as a law enforcement officer.
Compliance with District Policies. The Contractor, at all times during the Agreement Term, must make and keep itself aware of, must understand, and must comply with (and must cause all of those performing the Transportation Services to comply with) all District policies, regulations, rules, guidelines, and directives relating to the transportation of District Passengers, including, without limitation, those relating to the health, safety, and welfare of SPED Students.
