Export Control Restrictions. Each Party agrees that information related to the development, production or use of a product, material, software or other item subject to the export control laws of the United States, the United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdiction ("Controlled Technology") will not be transferred or "released" (as that term is defined in Title 15 CFR Sec. 734.2(b)(3)) to the other Party unless and until the Party proposing to disclose such Controlled Technology notifies the prospective receiving Party that such information constitutes Controlled Technology and the prospective receiving Party agrees in writing to receive such Controlled Technology, and that any such ultimate disclosure or "release" shall be provided under a license or as may otherwise be authorized by applicable law.

Export Control Restrictions. Content accessible in WorldView may be subject to enhanced export control restrictions. Unless Customer has received an Export Control Waiver from Dragos, Customer agrees: (i) the content will not be shared with any party located in, or with any government (or agent of a government) of, a country listed in Country Group E or D at Supplement No. 1 to 15 CFR Part 740, except for an agency of the U.S. Government or a foreign branch or subsidiary of a U.S. company; and (ii) the content will not be shared outside of the United States or with a non-U.S. national with a purpose to affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of any information or information systems, without authorization by the owner, operator, or administrator of the information system (including the information and processes within such systems). Export Control Restrictions. OneStream observes and abides by all United States export control guidelines and sanctions rulings on applicable countries, organizations and individuals. OneStream will not deliver any Exams, training events, or services, public or private, to organizations or individuals subject to US export control restrictions or sanctions. No attendance in classes or purchasing of subscriptions, purchasing of Exam Vouchers, online access or other training materials and content will be allowed by any government, organization or individual subject to United States export control restrictions and sanctions, or by any organization or individual operating or residing in any country or region of a country currently under US export control restrictions or sanctions, regardless of where such purchases may originate or where the OneStream training events in question are being held. Individuals residing in the embargoed territories of Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan are prohibited from purchasing and using OneStream’s products, attending OneStream training or taking exams with OneStream, a company headquartered in the United States and subject to U.S. Export Administration regulations. Individuals who present approved candidate identification showing a non-embargoed country residence may attend OneStream Training, take Exams and receive Certifications.
