Compliance with Laws; Export Requirements. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with use of the Software and any Support & Maintenance Services. You acknowledge and agree that the Software as well as related technical data and assistance that may be furnished in the course of the Support & Maintenance Services may contain encryption or encryption technology and are all subject to legal and regulatory controls and restrictions on export and re-export, including those of the U.S. Department of Commerce. You warrant and represent that the Software was not furnished to You as a result of an export or re-export or import in violation of US or other applicable laws or regulations, that You are not on any Denied Persons list or other list published by the US Government of parties to whom exports or re-exports of products subject to export controls are forbidden, that no Software is located in or controlled from a site in a Group E country (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Sudan), and that You are not using any Software or technology furnished hereunder or in connection with any Support & Maintenance Services to further activities in support of development, manufacture or use of nuclear fuel or weapons, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons. You further covenant that You will immediately notify Versa if at any time those warranties and representation become no longer accurate. Regardless of any disclosure You might make to Versa of an ultimate destination of the Software, You shall not export, either directly or indirectly, any Software without first obtaining any and all necessary approvals from the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government is required. You understand and agree that Versa may without liability or breach impose certain restrictions and conditions on Support & Maintenance Services in order to protect against violation of export control laws.

End User acknowledges and agrees that it and Pulse Secure are subject to regulation by agencies of the United States Government, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce, State and Treasury, which prohibits export or re-export of the Systems to certain countries. End User warrants that it has not received any System through any export or re-export in violation of US or other applicable laws or regulations, that it is not on any Denied Persons list or other list published by the US Government of parties to whom exports or re-exports of products subject to export controls are forbidden, that no System is located in or controlled from a Site in a Group E country (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Sudan), and that it is not using any System to support activities in support of the development, manufacture or use of nuclear fuel or weapons, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons. End User further covenants that it will immediately notify Pulse Secure if at any time such warranties and representation become no longer accurate. Regardless of any disclosure made by End User to Pulse Secure of an ultimate destination of the System(s), End User warrants that End User will not export, either directly or indirectly, any System(s) without first obtaining any and all necessary approvals from the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government that is required. End User understands and agrees that Pulse Secure may impose certain restrictions on the services in order to avoid violations of export control laws. Without limiting the foregoing, End User agrees that it will identify any support request containing technology that is controlled by the Departments of Commerce, State and/or Treasury under an export classification other than EAR99 on the Commerce Control List of the Export Administration Regulations, so that Pulse Secure may take such steps as may be required to properly license personnel who may be involved in providing services to End User. End user agrees to accept Pulse Secure’s online Export Notice and Acknowledgment prior to receipt of any Software Releases under this Agreement.
Compliance with Laws; Export Requirements. Seller’s business is and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of Seller’s jurisdiction. All Products sold by Seller to Buyer will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the Products. Seller agrees to comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and any other applicable anti-bribery laws. Seller agrees to ensure that any Products sold to Buyer, together with their containers, having a country of origin other than the United States of America will be properly marked to show the proper country of origin. Seller agrees to provide Buyer with a certificate affirming compliance with applicable laws upon Buyer’s request.

You warrant and represent that the Versa Proprietary Rights was not furnished to You as a result of an export or re-export or import in violation of US or other applicable laws or regulations, that You are not on any Denied Persons list or other list published by the US Government of parties to whom exports or re-exports of products subject to export controls are forbidden, that no S Versa Proprietary Rights are located in or controlled from a site in a Group E country (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Sudan), and that You are not using any Software or technology furnished hereunder or in connection with any Support & Maintenance Services to further activities in support of development, manufacture or use of nuclear fuel or weapons, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons. You further covenant that You will immediately notify Versa if at any time those warranties and representation become no longer accurate. Regardless of any disclosure You might make to Versa of an ultimate destination of the Versa Proprietary Rights, You shall not export, either directly or indirectly, any Versa Proprietary Rights without first obtaining any and all necessary approvals from the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government is required. You understand and agree that Versa may without liability or breach impose certain restrictions and conditions, as required in order to protect against violation of export control laws.

End User warrants that it has not received any Product through any export or re- export in violation of US or other applicable laws or regulations, that it is not on any Denied Persons list or other list published by the US Government of parties to whom exports or re-exports of products subject to export controls are forbidden, that no Product is located in or controlled from a site in a Group E country (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Sudan), and that it is not using any Product to support activities in support of development, manufacture or use of nuclear fuel or weapons, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons. End User further covenants that it will immediately notify Juniper if at any time such warranties and representation become no longer accurate as such time. Regardless of any disclosure made by End User to Juniper Networks of an ultimate destination of the Products, End User warrants that End User will not export, either directly or indirectly, any Products without first obtaining any and all necessary approvals from the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government is required. End User understands and agrees that certain restrictions on services described herein may be imposed by Juniper in order to avoid violations of export control laws.
Compliance with Laws; Export Requirements. Supplier’s business is and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of Supplier’s jurisdiction. All Goods sold by Supplier to Beyond Meat will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the Goods. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Supplier agrees to follow Beyond Meat’s commercially reasonable requirements regarding import/export compliance. Supplier agrees to provide Beyond Meat with a certificate affirming compliance with applicable laws upon Beyond Meat’s request.
Compliance with Laws; Export Requirements. You agree that you shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and export requirements in connection with your performance under this Agreement. Regardless of any disclosure made by Customer to Mist of an ultimate destination of the Systems, Customer warrants that Customer will not export, either directly or indirectly, any Systems without first obtaining any and all necessary approvals from the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government is required.

You shall not re-export or transfer in country the Software or any portion of it, or any non- published materials or information furnished in connection with the Software or with Maintenance Services without first obtaining all licenses, permits and authorizations under US and any other applicable laws and regulations that export, re-export, transfer in country, use or importation of the Software. Without limiting the foregoing, You warrant, represent and agree that You do not intend and You will not (i) use or permit anyone else to use the Software for or in connection with any Prohibited Activity; (ii) transport, deliver or transmit the Software to, or Use the software in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or the Crimean region; (iii) grant access to any Software to another person, entity or organization located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or the Crimean region; or (iv) transport, deliver or transmit the Software to a Sanctioned Party, as defined below (or grant any such Sanctioned Party access to the Software). c. Juniper may without liability or breach suspend warranty support and/or Maintenance Services if and so long as Juniper has reason to believe that such suspension is necessary to avoid violation of any applicable law or regulation. d. As used herein, “Prohibited Activity” means any of the following: (i) any activity in violation of applicable law, (ii) (A) the design, development, fabrication or testing of nuclear weapons or nuclear explosives; (B) the design, construction, fabrication, or operation of facilities for the chemical processing of irradiated special nuclear or source material, for the production of heavy water, for the separation of isotopes of special nuclear material or for the fabrication of nuclear reactor fuel containing plutonium; (C) the design, development, production of or use of rocket or missile systems, space launch vehicles, sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems (including cruise missile systems, target drones and reconnaissance drones); or (D) the design, development, production, stockpiling, or use of chemical or biological weapons, or precursors, or (iii) engage in any activity in violation of human rights, of democratic principles or of the freedom of speech as defined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU where use is made of interception techniques and digi...
