Compliance with National Laws. Except where otherwise provided in Agreements between the Contracting Parties, including this Agreement:
Compliance with National Laws. In carrying out this Project, the Recipient shall, subject to its privileges and immunities, be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which the Work will be carried out and to which Project personnel may have to travel to as part of the Project.

Except where otherwise provided in Agreements between the Contracting Parties, including this Agreement: means of transport of one Contracting Party including persons and goods shall, when in the territory of the other Contracting Party, comply with national laws and regulations in force in that territory; and neither of the Parties shall impose on persons or goods of the other Contracting Party requirements which are more restrictive than those applied by its national laws and regulations on its own means of transport.
Compliance with National Laws. 1. Nationals of either State shall comply with the entry and stay requirements and the national laws in force in the territory of the other State throughout the duration of their stay.

Compliance with National Laws. 16.1 In carrying out this project, the Sub-recipient, subject to their privileges and exemptions, will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries where the Work will be performed and to which the project personnel must travel as part. of the same, in accordance with Article 25 of the Grant Agreement.

Where any road vehicle, transport operator, passenger, driver or any other person onboard the road vehicle has infringed the national laws and regulations of any Contracting Party, temporary or permanent access to the territory of that Contracting Party may be denied.
