Compliance with Policies, etc. During the Term, the Executive shall be bound by, and comply fully with, all of the Company’s policies and procedures for employees and officers in place from time to time, including, but not limited to, all terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s employee handbook, compliance manual, codes of conduct and any other memoranda and communications applicable to the Executive pertaining to the policies, procedures, rules and regulations, as currently in effect and as may be amended from time to time. These policies and procedures include, among other things and without limitation, the Executive’s obligations to comply with the Company’s rules regarding confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets.

Xxxxxxxx Institute (“Xxxxxxxx”) effective as of January 1, 2017. (c) Other than the Xxxxxxxx Invention Policy, the Executive has no agreement with, or duty to, any other employer, or any other person or entity with which he is engaged to provide any services, that would prohibit or conflict with his performance of his duties under this Agreement. In addition, Xx. Xxxxxxx has complied with all conflicts of interest or other reporting obligations to Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx University, and any other employer or services recipient in disclosing this Agreement.

  • Compliance with Policies Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.
