Complimentary passes for the Applicant’s customers are available upon written request. Each full priced booth is eligible for fifty (50) printed complimentary passes and a digital pass. Applicants are strictly prohibited from distributing passes at the show venue. Any company caught distributing passes at the venue will have their passes confiscated and will be removed from the show without any refund due. Applicant’s may also lose their locations and contracts for their current and future shows with InterGem.

Complimentary. Check-in: There is one complimentary check-in per party (transportation not included) up until the 7 pm boat. 8 pm or later arrivals will incur a $50 fee. This needs to be prepaid or it will be charged towards your damage deposit. There is a $35 charge per visit for maintenance to come to the villa to open due to operator error. Keep all doors, windows & sliders locked, especially at night & when you are not home. Drones are not allowed to be flown from the villas and/or surrounding areas on St. Xxxx.

Passes The gate keys that you receive will also act as your complimentary pass for The Coeur d’Alene Resort Recreation Center and may only be used by the two adults designated in the Lease. These complimentary passes do not include access to the infinity pool at the Xxxxxxxx Event Center. Abuse of this complimentary privilege will result in the revocation of access to the Recreation Center and may result in the termination of your Lease Agreement.
Complimentary. “stand access passes” allows access to the exhibition area of the virtual platform only. Complimentary “Conference access passes” allows access to the entire virtual conference. Passes are for use by the named holder only, they are non-transferrable; Sponsor may purchase additional “stand access” and Conference access” passes at the discounted rate as set in the sponsorship booking form, subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATIONS The Hotel will provide one (1) complimentary room night, at the lowest Group room rate, on a cumulative basis, for each (50) room nights within the schedule set forth above (excluding staff rooms) actually occupied by Group’s attendees and paid for at the full contract rate. The Hotel shall credit Group’s Master Account for the total number of complimentary accommodations accrued by Group at the conclusion of your Event.
