Housekeeping Service. Housekeeping service shall include general cleaning, changing linens, and other related services. Manager shall provide a mandatory linen and xxxxx program that will be administered for all participating Residences. Owners will be responsible for the purchase of linen, xxxxx as defined by Manager.

Each room will receive a weekly full housekeeping service (this includes: changing linens, towel exchange, cleaning of the washroom and common areas, vacuuming and garbage removal). The University of British Columbia will assess the Client for all extraordinary cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, meeting space and washrooms required as a result of actions of the Client or its delegates. Labour costs will be charged a minimum of 1 hour.

Housekeeping Service a. The Accommodation Fees include the following services, Monday to Friday: 08h00 – 16h00:
i. The Property serviced daily by a housekeeper; such to include bed making, cleaning floors, bathrooms, windows, kitchen and dish washing;
ii. Braais will be cleaned as and when used;
iii. The above services will be offered on Weekends as well from 08h30 – 14h00;
iv. Two toilets rolls per bathroom; v. One pack of 20 black garbage bags;
Housekeeping Service. A limited supply of linen will be provided at check-in. Pest control, health department officials and other necessary officials will be given access to residential rooms as necessary with a staff member present.
Housekeeping Service. For most villas, housekeeping service is generally provided daily except Sundays and holidays. For condos and town homes, housekeeping may be more limited or only on departure. This service is for hotel-type general cleaning and tidying only; towels will be changed daily; bed linens may be changed every 2 or 3 days. Guests’ personal laundry is not included in housekeeper duties; however, guests may approach the housekeeper directly to arrange for their personal laundry. The housekeeper will expect a suggested tip of $10.00 per load for this additional service. Cooking or babysitting must be arranged in advance, and prices are set according to the services required. Your local property manager can help Guests make those arrangements. Gratuity for the housekeeper is at your discretion, typical range is $8 - $10 per couple per day + extra for added or outstanding service. There is no smoking inside any units. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor areas or balconies of the units. No pets of any kind are not allowed in the units. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of guest's entire rent and deposit. Some properties may accept small pets with prior authorization and an additional pet deposit. Government entry requirements must be complied with to bring pets into the country.
Housekeeping Service. Guests pay a one-time Cleaning Fee of $350, for turn-cleaning the premises upon their departure. Daily maid service is not included in the rental.

(a) Servicios de Limpieza por una salida – Invitados del Propietario. Al momento en que los Invitados del Propietario salgan de la Residencia, la Subsidiaria, por medio de terceros, proveerá los servicios de limpieza para asegurar que la Residencia se encuentre limpia y habitable para el siguiente Huésped. La Subsidiaria requerirá que el Propietario pague las tarifas establecidas por el Administrador para asegurarse de que los servicios de limpieza cumplan con los estándares establecidos por el Administrador, incluyendo la limpieza, servicios xx xxxxxx y cambio de blancos. La Subsidiaria por medio de xxxxxxxx xxxxxx aplicar los costos de los servicios de limpieza al salir de la Residencia de los estados de cuenta del Propietario. Si hay un lapso de más de catorce (14 xxxx) del último servicio de limpieza y la llegada de un nuevo Huésped, entonces el Propietario será responsable de pagar la tarifa establecida por el Administrador para los servicios de limpieza que xxxx necesarios para que la Residencia se encuentre habitable y cumpla con los estándares establecidos para el Proyecto, y dicho servicio de limpieza será deducido de las ganancias del Propietario.
(b) Artículos Personales del Propietario: Antes de su salida, el Propietario y sus invitados son completamente responsables de remover y de almacenar sus artículos personales incluyendo artículos de comida y bebidas de la Residencia. Cualquier comida y bebidas que queden serán desechadas. El Administrador y Subsidiaria no serán responsables de almacenar los artículos personales del Propietario.
