Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. (Occurrence Form CG 00 01): The CONSULTANT shall procure and maintain and require all sub-contractors to procure and maintain during the life of this Agreement, a comprehensive general liability policy, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability, and Explosion, Collapse and Underground (XCU) coverage. The general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit. Proof of such insurance shall be filed by the CONSULTANT with the DISTRICT within ten (10) days after the execution of this Agreement. The policy must include comprehensive general liability with a limit of $1,000,000 for general aggregate; $1,000,000 for each occurrence; $1,000,000 for products and completed ops; $100,000 for damage to rented premises; and $100,000 for fire damage. The policy shall be endorsed to include the following additional insured language: “Englewood Water District, Florida, and its commissioners, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers shall be named as an additional insured with respect to liability arising out of the activities performed by, or on behalf of the CONSULTANT.”

Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. Contractor agrees to obtain and maintain throughout this contract period a Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance policy in the single limit amount of $1,000,000 and will provide general liability insurance in amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate with an endorsement naming the Coalition as additional insured, unless Contractor is self-insured. If Contractor is self-insured, Contractor must be able to provide the same coverage and must submit proper documentation to the Coalition as evidence of such.

The Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers shall be named as an additional insured for all operations including products and completed operations within the scope of the Agreement. Contractor shall also endorse their policy and require endorsement of subcontractors’ policies that the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ coverage shall be primary and non-contributory to any other insurance available to cover the Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe. It is further agreed that Contractor’s and all subcontractors’ policies shall waive their subrogation rights against the Xxxxxx Yaqui Tribe, its officials, agents, employees and volunteers.
