Computation of Overtime Rate. A member's regular rate of pay for purposes of computation of overtime shall be calculated to include, as applicable, the following:
Computation of Overtime Rate. Overtime pay shall be computed as one and one half (1 ½) times the officer's base hourly rate. All officer base hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the officer's yearly base pay then in effect by two thousand eighty (2080).

Computation of Overtime Rate. 1. The overtime rate for all employees except Public Safety Telecommunicators shall be one and one-half times the employees' hourly rate. The hourly rate shall be calculated as the employee's base salary, exclusive of longevity and stipends, divided by 1820 extended to three decimal places.
