COMPUTER PURCHASE PLAN. 1. The Board will provide an opportunity for members of the Association to participate in the "Computer Purchase Plan" on an annual basis. The annual District budget and the maximum individual amount for this program will be determined by the Board. 2. The purchase of any computer equipment under this plan will be paid by the Board and made as an interest free loan to Association members. Repayment of this interest free loan will be made in equal instalments by payroll deduction within the following school year. Should the Association member leave the employment of the Board during the repayment period, the balance of the loan outstanding would be due and payable on termination.

COMPUTER PURCHASE PLAN. 16.4.1 The Employer will assist Regular employees through the College Computer Purchase Policy in the purchase of computers, software and peripheral equipment. The computer purchase shall be limited to four thousand dollars ($4000.00) per employee per application. The Employer shall be reimbursed through a payroll deduction plan. The Employee shall pay at the time of purchase, ten percent (10%) of supplier price plus one hundred percent (100%) of PST, GST and delivery charges, and the remaining ninety percent (90%) shall be repaid in equal instalments over fifty-two pay periods. 16.4.2 All computer purchases shall be pre-approved by the Employer. 16.4.3 Priority shall be given to first time purchasers under this plan, the total sum of which shall not exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for all College employees at any time. 16.4.4 If the employee voluntarily leaves the College, the balance owing shall be payable within one (1) month following the departure date. If an employee is laid off, the balance owing shall be repaid within three (3) months.

COMPUTER PURCHASE PLAN. 34.1: The objective of the Employee Computer Purchase Plan is to elevate the computer literacy of full-time employees and thus, improve their performance on the job through encouraging the purchase and use of home computers and software that are consistent with City equipment. Bargaining unit members are eligible to participate in the City’s computer loan program, which provides financial assistance for purchasing personal computers.

COMPUTER PURCHASE PLAN. The Purchaser shall continue to collect payments under the Vendor's computer purchase plan on a bi-weekly basis from Transferred Employees who are identified in Schedule 5.1(21) as participants in the plan. Such payments shall be remitted by the Purchaser to GE Capital on behalf of the Vendor until the earlier of the date on which all payments required under the plan have been made and, in respect of individual Plan participants, the date that the employment of such Transferred Employee is terminated. In the event that there is a shortfall in payments made to GE Capital by the Purchaser as a consequence of the termination of employment of a participating Transferred Employee, the Vendor shall be responsible to GE Capital for any shortfall. -----------
