Computing Hours. For purposes of computing hours worked under this Section, an overtime or 44 premium hour counts as one (1) hour worked, time off work on vacation and holidays shall be 45 considered as hours worked, and paid time off work on either sick leaves or leaves of absence up 46 to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) lost work hours shall be considered as hours worked.

Computing Hours. Computing hours shall mean those hours an employee has charged against him/her for overtime hours, which were actually worked by the employee. For example, an employee who is called in or works any overtime hours for two (2) or four (4) or eight (8) hours, then charged overtime hours shall only be two (2), four (4), or eight (8) as may be the case, regardless of what day or what time any employee works overtime.
Computing Hours. 5 For the purpose of computing overtime under this Article, an employee shall be paid overtime in fifteen (15) minute increments. Notice of Schedule Change 6 Employees will be given notice of schedule changes (normal or odd schedules) forty (40) hours in advance of their new starting time. In the event the Company does not give such notice, payment for the time worked on the first day of the new schedule will be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the applicable rate. If a schedule change occurs on a holiday and forty (40) hours notice has not been given, the first scheduled workday following the holiday shall be paid at the premium rate.
