Common use of Conditions of Continued Employment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Continued Employment. The Company agrees that all employees now members of the Union and all employees who become members of the Union shall remain members in good standing of the Union while employed by the Company during the life of this Agreement as a condition of employment. The Union agrees to indemnify the Company for any expense or loss in which the Company may be involved in any case where an employee discharged by the Company at the Union’s written request under the terms of this Agreement, seeks redress by process of law.
