Non-Members. If the Producer is not a Member in Good Standing of the CMPA as of the date of the remittance of the Administration Fee, the Producer shall pay directly to the Union a sum equal to two point five percent (2.5%) of the Gross Wages of each Technician on all productions, two percent (2%) of the Gross Wages in the case of features budgeted at less than Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,600,000). All amounts collected under this paragraph 11.04(b) shall be divided as follows:
Non-Members. Non-members engaged as a Children's Chorus shall not be required to be engaged under CTA Engagement Contracts.
Non-Members. If the Employer is not a Member in Good Standing of the CMPA or an affiliate of the AMPTP as of the date of the remittance of the Administration Fee, as evidenced by written notice from one of the Associations to such effect, four percent (4%) of the Employees’ Gross Wages shall be sent directly to the Union. All amounts collected under this paragraph shall be divided as follows: fifty percent (50%) shall be retained by the Union and fifty percent (50%) shall be paid to the CMPA- BC. The Union shall remit the CMPA-BC’s share of the Administration Fees collected pursuant to this paragraph, itemized by Production, to the CMPA-BC within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. This provision may not be reduced or waived without the written agreement of both the Union and the CMPA-BC.
Non-Members. 1) All current employees employed in the bargaining unit may decide to instead of becoming a member pay a service fee within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of this Agreement.
Non-Members. Our primary business model, the “Market and Exchange”, is a venue for members of the community who choose to position their products and/or services in any of the Cooperative’s facilities. It is not necessary that these vendors be members of the Cooperative. Non-member vendors may have to agree to additional terms and conditions, not limited to monetary considerations, outside of the Agreement. Vendors who are also members of the Cooperative receive similar treatment, except Members have the option of “first position” over other vendors. And where there is competition between member-vendors, and where all other factors are equal, the oldest member prevails.
Non-Members. (EXTRA CHARGES MAYBE APPLICABLE FOR EVENTS RUNNING AFTER MIDNIGHT) IF ANY TIME IS NEEDED BEYOND THE AGREED TIME AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE, THIS WILL BE ADVISED WHEN THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED. CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Non-Members. The Corporation shall pay to the Fraternal Benefit Society an amount equal to eight percent of the gross fees of each employee who is not a member of for disposition in such manner and for such purposes as may be determined in the absolute discretion of the Fraternal Benefit Society. All deductions, contributions and payments required under this Article shall be payable by cheque to the Fraternal Benefit Society and mailed to the Head Office of the Society. Such payments shall be payable monthly, on or before the fifteenth (15th) of the month following the earning of such fees. For the purposes of this Article, "employee's gross fees" means fees for services and time provided to the Corporation, but exclusive of money paid to an employee by the Corporation for expenses such as per diem allowance or travel receipts as agreed upon.
Non-Members. For those members of the Bargaining Unit who have not joined the Association and delivered said authorization card by October 1st, the Board agrees to deduct the annual service fee from their salaries through payroll deduction. The amount of said service fee shall be equal in amount to the proportion of Association dues uniformly required of members to underwrite the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration and grievance adjustment.
Non-Members. 1. All non members of the Association represented under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall have an amount equivalent of 85% of current membership dues deducted from their salaries, payable to the Association, to cover those costs involved in representing them. Any unused portions of this fee shall be refunded by the Association at the end of each current school year.
Non-Members. A. Non-employee representatives of the Union shall be permitted on the premises for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings with prior approval, provided they do not interfere with operations. Upon arrival, the Union representative or guest shall identify him/herself to the shift supervisor.
