Conditions Precedent to All Advances and Acquisitions of Additional Loans. Each Loan Advance under this Agreement, each Reinvestment of Principal Collections pursuant to Section 2.14(a)(i) and each acquisition of Additional Loans in connection with a Substitution pursuant to Section 2.14(b) (each, a “Transaction”) shall be subject to the further conditions precedent that:
