Confidential Details. The Contractor shall disclose all such confidential and other information as the Engineer may reasonably require in order to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract. The Contractor shall treat the details of the Contract as private and confidential, except to the extent necessary to carry out obligations under it or to comply with applicable Laws. The Contractor shall not disclose to any third party whatsoever any information regarding the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement. The Contractor shall not publish, permit to be published, or disclose any particulars of the Works in any trade or technical paper or elsewhere without the previous agreement of the Employer.
Confidential Details. All matters related to this Work Order / Subcontract, the Works and all other documents shall be regarded by the Subcontractor as being highly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any party, person or entity. The Subcontractor shall at no time hereinafter use any technical information or intellectual property, in relation to this Subcontract and the Main Contract. The Subcontractor shall not have the right to advertise or otherwise permit the dissemination of publicity concerning this Subcontract. This Confidentiality obligation shall survive expiry or termination of this Work Order / Subcontract.

Each of them shall treat the details of the Contract as confidential, except to the extent necessary to carry out their respective obligations under the Contract or to comply with the Laws. Unless required by the Laws, each of them shall not publish or disclose any information prepared by the other Party without the previous agreement of the other Party. Confidential Details. 1.6.1 All documents, plans, drawings, specifications, and the subject matter contained therein and any information provided by a Party hereunder (the “Disclosing Party”) to the other Party hereunder (the “Receiving Party”) in connection with the performance of this Agreement which is oral or in writing or communicated by any other means and is intimated by the Disclosing Party as being proprietary, secret, or confidential (the “Confidential Information”), shall be held confidential by the Receiving Party and shall not be used or disclosed by the Receiving Party for any purposes other than those for which they have been prepared or supplied, unless otherwise permitted with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. As a condition to receiving such Confidential Information, the Receiving Party agrees to hold all such Confidential Information confidential and not to use, discuss or disclose such Confidential Information with or to Third Parties for a period of five (5) calendar years following the date of disclosure by the Disclosing Party, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. For purposes of this Section 1.6 (Confidential Details), the entire contents of this Agreement shall be the Confidential Information.
1.6.2 This Section 1.6 (Confidential Details) shall not prevent the Receiving Party from disclosing such Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party pursuant to: (a) a subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction; (b) other requirements of law or judicial or administrative order; or (c) activities related to the development, construction and financing of the Works; provided, however, that prior to making such a disclosure pursuant to (a) or (b), the Receiving Party will
Confidential Details. 1.9.1 The Contractor shall treat the details of the Contract as private and confidential, except to the extent necessary to carry out his obligations hereunder. The Contractor shall not publish, permit to be published, or disclose any particulars of the Contract in any trade or technical paper or elsewhere without the prior consent in writing of the OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER at the Owner/Project Manager’s sole discretion.
1.9.2 The Contractor shall indemnify the OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER in case of breach of this clause. If the confidential details relating to this Contract or its contents are received by a third party from the Contractor and the third party makes use of these details to cause harm or monetary loss to the OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER or use these Documents for their personal gain/ monetary gain, the Contractor shall compensate the OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER for the loss suffered as well as for the value of gain derived by the third party. The Contractor shall not use the confidential details of the Contract for any other purpose except for the strict purpose intended under the Contract.
Confidential Details. 10.1 No fees, gratuities, rebates, gifts, commissions or other payments, other than those shown in the Tender or in the Contract, have been given or received in connection with the procurement process or in the Contract execution.
11.1 The Contractor’s and the Procuring Entity’s personnel shall disclose all such confidential and other information as may be reasonably required in order to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract and allow its proper implementation.

However, the Contractor shall be permitted to disclose any publicly available information, or information otherwise required to establish his qualifications to compete for other projects.
