Conformity to Laws. The Participant acknowledges that the Plan and this Agreement are intended to conform to the extent necessary with all provisions of applicable law, including without limitation the provisions of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, and any and all regulations and rules promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder, including without limitation Rule 16b-3 of the Exchange Act. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall be administered, and the PSUs shall be granted, only in such a manner as to conform to such laws, rules and regulations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and the PSUs granted hereunder shall be deemed amended to the extent necessary to conform to such laws, rules and regulations.
Conformity to Laws. It is the intent of the Employer and the Union that this 5 Agreement comply with all applicable law(s) and legal statutes.

Conformity to Laws. Should any Article, Section or portion thereof, of this Agreement be held unlawful and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall apply only to the specific Article, Section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision. The parties agree to immediately meet and negotiate in an effort to establish a substitute for the invalidated Article, Section, or portion thereof. In the event that appeals to any such decision are filed, such specific Article, Section or portion thereof affected by the decision shall continue in effect until the appeals process is completed unless otherwise directed by the Court or unless continuing to abide by such language is contrary to law.

The Optionee acknowledges that the Plan, this Agreement, the Options and shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Options are subject to compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations (including, but not limited to, federal and state securities laws) and to such approvals by any listing, regulatory or governmental authority as may, in the opinion of counsel for the Company, be necessary or advisable in connection therewith. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and the Options shall be deemed amended to the extent necessary to conform to such laws, rules and regulations.
Conformity to Laws. It is expressly understood and agreed by Landlord and Tenant that Tenant shall conform the manner in which it conducts its business and all inventory, fixtures, improvements and alterations installed by Tenant, to all Laws. Tenant shall cause the Real Property, including the Buildings, to conform to the requirements of all Laws.
Conformity to Laws. All of the provisions of this Agreement will be subject to all applicable laws, orders, rules and regulations of any governmental body having jurisdiction in the premises, and any provision of this Agreement that is inconsistent with any such law, order, rule or regulation will be modified so as to conform with such law, order, rule or regulation, and this Agreement, as so modified, will continue in full force and effect.
Conformity to Laws. Licensee undertakes to conform to all Laws which may apply to the use by it of the Trade-xxxx in association with the Wares and/or Services.
