Connection Fee. For each Carrier that interconnects to the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network, Customer agrees to pay Sprint a Connection Xxx as set out in the applicable Addendum.
Connection Fee. As consideration for the license granted by TCSD herein for connection to the TCSD System, Connectee shall pay to TCSD a connection fee in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600) (“Connection Fee”) per each equivalent residential unit (“ERU”), as further defined in the TCSD Wastewater Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Attachment 4 and incorporated by this reference. For purposes of this Agreement, TCSD shall allow one (1) ERU to include up to three (3) bedrooms per residential unit.
Connection Fee. For each Carrier that interconnects to the DAS, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Sprint a Connection Xxx as set out in the applicable Addendum.
Connection Fee. This fee shall be paid by the first and any future Owner upon signing a district cooling metering services end-user agreement with the Service Provider as set out in section "II. Charges" of this Agreement.
Connection Fee. 10.1.1 For the purposes of this Section 910, the following definitions shall apply: "Council Decisions" - Shall mean Council Decision dated 29.5.2006, Council Decision dated 11.3.2007 Council Decision 5/08 dated 12/03/2008, Council Decision 3/09 dated 29/09/2009 and all future decisions regarding the Connection Fee - As defined in the Council Decisions.
10.1.2 The Downstream Operator will pay the Connection Fee for each Connection Facility and shall provide INGL with securities in accordance with the Council Decisions. For the avoidance of doubt it is here by clarified that the Connection Fee shall include any and all building permits, rights of way and other arrangements with respect to the receipt of land rights for the purpose of constructing and operating the Connection Facilities and shall not include any amount to be paid for acquiring the land itself, all in accordance with the NGA’s Council’s Decisions.
10.1.3 In the event that, the Downstream Operator requests to increase its Redelivery Capacity, any additional investment costs associated with meeting such request shall be considered additional Connection Costs and shall be subject to any NGA Council’s resolutions.
Connection Fee. 20.1.1. For the purposes of Section 19 and this Section 20, the following definitions shall apply: "Connection Facilities" "Connection Costs" "Connection Fee Budget" "Connection Fee Budget Tolerance" - shall mean the PRMS and any additional investment made by INGL in the Shipper's premises; - shall mean the actual investment costs associated with the Connection Facilities, including the cost of land, design, supervision, third party inspection, materials, construction and equipment, and a management charge of 2% of the Connection Fee Budget for all items except the cost of land, supervision and third party inspection ("Management Charge"); - Shall mean the budget for the Connection Costs set out in Annex 2 (Connection Fee Budget) to Appendix 1 (Commercial Terms); - Shall mean 10% of the Connection Fee Budget excluding the cost of land and the Management Charge, plus the difference between the actual cost of land and that provided for in the Connection Fee Budget;
Connection Fee. 9.1 The Contracting Party agrees to pay a connection fee in accordance with the respective published Eurex Frankfurt AG Price List in its current version which can be downloaded from the Internet under the address xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, saved and printed out by the Contracting Party; it forms an integral part of the Eurex Enhanced Broadcast Solution Connection Agreement. The statutory value-added tax will be added to all fees.
9.2 The fees for the Long-Distance Data Lines connections which the Contracting Party has ordered in accordance with Paragraph 5.1 or 5.2 shall be paid by the Contracting Party irrespective of the duration of the technical connection to Eurex Enhanced Broadcast Solution until the Long-Distance Data Lines have been hanged upon agreement with Eurex (Paragraph 5.2) or a termination in accordance with Paragraph 5.3 or Paragraph 10.2, as the case may be, has become effective.
9.3 Eurex will issue an invoice for the connection fees. All invoices will become due immediately. In the event that the Contracting Party does not make payment within 30 days since receipt of the invoice, a default interest at a rate of eight (8) percent above the base interest rate shall accrue. Eurex reserves the rights regarding further damages resulting from overdue payments.
9.4 Eurex reserves the right to amend the Eurex Frankfurt AG Price List, particularly in order to compensate the increased costs for the provision of the system or the related services. Adjustments of the Price List “Market Data Distribution Services” will be made by Eurex according to its reasonably exercised discretion, taking into consideration the legitimate interests of the Contracting Parties and giving at least three (3) months' notice in written or electronic form. Within this period of notice the Contracting Party shall have the right to terminate the Eurex Enhanced Broadcast Solution Connection Agreement with one (1) month's notice from the time the amendment comes into effect.
Connection Fee. As set forth in NLVMC 13.24.070(G), Developer will pay the Connection Fee to the City.
