Connection Fee. For each Carrier that interconnects to the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network, Customer agrees to pay Sprint a Connection Xxx as set out in the applicable Addendum.
Connection Fee. For each Carrier that interconnects to the DAS, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Sprint a Connection Xxx as set out in the applicable Addendum.
Connection Fee. This fee shall be paid by the first and any future Owner upon signing a district cooling metering services end-user agreement with the Service Provider as set out in section "II. Charges" of this Agreement.
Connection Fee. As consideration for the license granted by TCSD herein for connection to the TCSD System, Connectee shall pay to TCSD a connection fee in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600) (“Connection Fee”) per each equivalent residential unit (“ERU”), as further defined in the TCSD Wastewater Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Attachment 4 and incorporated by this reference. For purposes of this Agreement, TCSD shall allow one (1) ERU to include up to three (3) bedrooms per residential unit.
Connection Fee. 10.1.1 For the purposes of this Section 910, the following definitions shall apply: "Council Decisions" - Shall mean Council Decision dated 29.5.2006, Council Decision dated 11.3.2007 Council Decision 5/08 dated 12/03/2008, Council Decision 3/09 dated 29/09/2009 and "Connection Fee" all future decisions regarding the Connection Fee - As defined in the Council Decisions.
Connection Fee. 20.1.1. For the purposes of Section 19 and this Section 20, the following definitions shall apply: "Connection Facilities" "Connection Costs" "Connection Fee Budget" "Connection Fee Budget Tolerance" - shall mean the PRMS and any additional investment made by INGL in the Shipper's premises; - shall mean the actual investment costs associated with the Connection Facilities, including the cost of land, design, supervision, third party inspection, materials, construction and equipment, and a management charge of 2% of the Connection Fee Budget for all items except the cost of land, supervision and third party inspection ("Management Charge"); - Shall mean the budget for the Connection Costs set out in Annex 2 (Connection Fee Budget) to Appendix 1 (Commercial Terms); - Shall mean 10% of the Connection Fee Budget excluding the cost of land and the Management Charge, plus the difference between the actual cost of land and that provided for in the Connection Fee Budget;
Connection Fee. 9.1 The Contracting Party agrees to pay a connection fee in accordance with the respective published Eurex Frankfurt AG Price List in its current version which can be downloaded from the Internet under the address xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, saved and printed out by the Contracting Party; it forms an integral part of the Eurex Enhanced Broadcast Solution Connection Agreement. The statutory value-added tax will be added to all fees.
Connection Fee. As set forth in NLVMC 13.24.070(G), Developer will pay the Connection Fee to the City.
Connection Fee. Before a Member shall be permitted to connect to the DSROA water system, the Member shall pay a one-time connection fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
Connection Fee. Commencing on the Start Date and continuing each month thereafter, Lessee shall pay to Lessor a monthly connection fee (the "Connection Fee") which shall be the product of the average number of wireless cable subscribers receiving Lessee's wireless cable operation over the MMDS Station in the Burlington Market Area during the previous calendar month and a per subscriber fee of Thirty-Five Cents ($.35) per month. For the purposes of computing the Connection Fee due for any month, the term "Subscribers" shall be deemed to mean the number of paid subscribers who have received Lessee's wireless cable programming over Lessor's Station during the prior month. For purposes of the definition of Subscriber, (1) each single family residential dwelling and each single business office or place shall be considered one subscriber and (2) in those situations where programming is sold in bulk for viewing at isolated locations in the same facility (e.g., where a number of viewing units are grouped for billing purposes, such as may be the case with condominiums and hotels) and the Lessee's rates therefore are less than its prevailing monthly rate for the sale of the Lessee's programming over Lessee's wireless cable system to individual subscribers in the Market Area, the number of subscribers from such bulk billing points shall be determined by dividing the total monthly revenues derived from the sale of programming over Lessee's wireless cable system to the bulk billing point by the Lessee's then prevailing basic monthly rate for the sale of programming to individual subscribers receiving wireless cable programming over Lessor's Channels in the Market Area. The determination of the number of Subscribers in any given month may be subject to redetermination by the Lessee, with notice to the Lessor, to take into account those Subscribers who have not paid for at least one full month's subscription fee and those who the Lessee may have disconnected or terminated for lack of payment. In such event, the Connection Fees for the applicable month shall be recalculated at any time within three (3) months of the end of the month in question and deficiencies in the Connection Fee for such month shall be paid promptly by the Lessee to the Lessor and any excess in the Connection Fee for such month shall be applied to offset against any then current payments due from the Lessee to the Lessor.
