Consortium Coordinator. 3.2.1 Coordinating Organization as the representative of the PuppeTry EMJMD Consortium shall hire a Consortium Coordinator responsible for the overall management of the activities of the Consortium. The Consortium Coordinator is also Specialist Leader appointed by SZFE in one person. The contract of services of the Consortium Coordinator shall be approved by each Contracting Party and will be included to this Agreement as Annex 11. Any modification to or termination of the Consortium Coordinator’s contract shall require the former approval of all Specialist Leaders.

Consortium Coordinator. The Consortium Coordinator is hired and supervised by the employer of record based upon the decision of the Consortium Board. The Consortium Coordinator reports to Consortium Board and has day-to-day responsibilities for the organization, including carrying out the organization’s goals and policies. The Consortium Coordinator will manage all board meetings, report on the progress of the organization, answer questions of the Board members, be the primary contact to the State CAEP Office, and carry out the duties described in the job description. The Consortium Board can designate other duties as necessary. The Consortium Board can modify this role to meet Consortium needs. Such modifications, including hiring a Consultant to serve as Consortium Lead, will be publicly announced on a Board meeting agenda and described in Board minutes.
Consortium Coordinator. (i) Moose Consortium Inc. will serve as the inaugural Coordinator of the Consortium (the “Coordinator”). The Coordinator role can be re-assigned to any other Member of the Consortium at any time, for a specified period or indeterminately, as per the amendment clause of this Agreement.

Consortium Coordinator. The Consortium Coordinator is in charge of day-to-day project management activities relating to the whole consortium and acts as a single contact point for the European Commission. The Consortium Coordinator ensures that the Project is implemented in a quality and timely manner in line with the contents of the Description of the Action. Each Party hereby undertakes all reasonable endeavours to perform all of its obligations under the Grant Agreement and this Consortium Agreement in an active and timely manner. Parties will in particular ensure the submission to the Coordinator of the deliverables outlined in the Description of the Action, keeping to the work schedule and observing the financial guidelines.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.
