Construction Authorization. The Municipality shall submit the required environmental and/or planning document, ROW certification, final construction plans, total contract proposal, and an estimate of Project costs (final PS&E package) to the Department for review and approval. ▪ After approval of all documentation, the Department will request construction authorization from the Federal Highway Administration. ▪ The Municipality shall not advertise for bids prior to receiving written construction authorization from the Department.
Construction Authorization. The term Construction Authorization shall mean a written work order issued by the Executive Director, DCPS Office of Facilities Design and Construction to the Construction Manager. This work order is based on a defined scope of Project work and Construction Manager’s fees for work to be performed prior to issuance of an Activation. Construction Authorizations may be used prior to the date of the Activation and all work performed pursuant to Construction Authorizations shall be subsequently included in the Activation.
Construction Authorization. 3.1 To minimize the construction impact on the Town, the scope of all easements and grants of location for the Onshore Export Cables shall authorize SouthCoast to install, construct, operate, maintain, repair, and replace the Onshore Export Cables, from time to time, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, laws and approvals.

Estimate - The Construction Manager's latest estimate of probable project construction cost. Owner - The State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Real Estate Development and Management, acting through its Secretary or those persons designated by the Secretary act in its behalf, as Agent for the (Agency) pursuant to the Client agreement between the (Agency) and the Department of Management Services. The entity that will occupy, use and own the project upon substantial completion is the (Agency). The funds with which the compensation for work performed in connection with the Project will be paid are under the control of the (Agency), based on approval of each payment by Real Estate Development and Management. All duties of Owner hereinafter shall be performed by Real Estate Development and Management. Owner's Representatives - The Project Director and their superiors or designees. Permitting Authority - The local authority with jurisdiction over the area in which the project is located. Project - The Project is the total and sum of all work to be performed by Construction Manager and its subcontractors under this Agreement. The Project consists of all permitting, construction services and work, and code inspection necessary to fully complete "Project (Project Number), (Project Name), (State of Corporation), (Project Building),(Project City/State), (Phone Number)," as contemplated in the Owner’s Construction Budget identified in Exhibit B. ...
Construction Authorization. Construction Authorization shall mean a written work order prepared by the Project Director and issued to the Construction Manager. Construction Authorizations shall be used prior to the date of the GMP Amendment. The Construction Manager’s costs for labor, materials, equipment, overhead and profit related to Work performed pursuant to the Construction Authorizations shall be included in the GMP. Construction Change Directive (CCD) – Construction Change Directive (or CCD) shall mean a written order, prepared by the Architect-Engineer and executed by the Owner, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the GMP or Contract Time, or both. A CCD shall be used in the absence of total agreement on the terms of a Change Order.
Construction Authorization. Upon receipt of written Construction Authorization from the Department, CSXT may proceed with construction of the portion of the Project within CSXT’s right of way.
Construction Authorization. Property Owner hereby authorizes Fiberlink Telecommunications, LLC and/or Xxxxx Datacom to install, maintain and operate the wiring, cables, antennas, conduits and/or facilities (collectively, “Equipment”) on the Premises necessary for Fiberlink Telecommunications and/or Xxxxx Datacom to provide its communications services (the “Services”). Property Owner recognizes Fiberlink’s and/or Xxxxx Datacom right to have exclusive control over and Fiberlink’s and/or Xxxxx Datacom installed Equipment. Property Owner has represented to Fiberlink and/or Xxxxx Datacom that Property Owner is the legal owner of the Premises, and that no other person has any rights in the Premises that conflict with Fiberlink and/or Xxxxx Datacom rights under this agreement. Property Owner will not attach to or use, and will not knowingly allow anyone else to attach to or use Fiberlink’s and/or Xxxxx Datacom Equipment for any purpose without Fiberlink’s and/or Xxxxx Datacom’s prior written consent, which Fiberlink and/or Xxxxx Datacom may withhold in its sole discretion. In the event the Property Owner is not signing this agreement, then the person signing this agreement on behalf of Property Owner represents that he/she is Property Owner’s authorized agent and has full authority to bind Property Owner to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If requested by Owner, Fiberlink and/or Xxxxx Datacom shall provide a proposed route for installation of Equipment.
Construction Authorization. Construction Authorization. The Municipality shall submit the required final construction plans, specifications, and an estimate of Project costs (final PS&E package) to the Department and GoTriangle for review and approval. Upon receipt of written authorization, in the form of an Authorization for Construction, from the Department, the Municipality shall construct, or cause to be constructed, the Project in accordance with the plans and specifications of said Project as filed with, and approved by, the Department and GoTriangle. Any work performed prior to written authorization to proceed from the Department will not be eligible for reimbursement.
