CONSULTANT’S PROFILE. The Consultant should ensure that the appropriately qualified experts are available, as required, for each of the different tasks outlined above. It is expected that the assignment will be led by an appropriately qualified Team Leader/Solid Waste Engineer, accompanied by both key and supporting experts. It is expected that the Consultant’s team will include both international and local experts. The Consultant’s team will be able to efficiently operate in Georgian and English. Based on the fields of expertise and the tasks mentioned above, it is proposed that the team of the Consultant should consist at least of the following expatriate and local experts: - Team Leader/Solid Waste Engineer, with 10 years of professional experience or more in the field of solid waste management, with comprehensive experience of similar assignments in Eastern Europe or the Caucasus region, as well as in institutional and commercial management of solid waste companies. He/she should demonstrate management and administration experience, including experience with procedures of IFIs (preferably EBRD procedures). The large number of different tasks and the complexity of administrational procedures require a significant presence of the Team Leader in the country during the project period of intensive work on preparation of the study. Should the Team Leader be an international expert, the Consultant may decide to include a local Project Manager in the team to provide additional support. - Finance Specialists, with preferably 5 years or more of professional experience in finance. The experts should have project management experience gained in countries with comparable industry conditions to Georgia and good knowledge of procedures of international financial institutions, such as the EBRD, World Bank, EIB or ADB. - IFI Procurement Specialists, with preferably five years or more of professional experience in procurement. The experts should have procurement experience in comparable projects, good knowledge of procedures and rules of procurement of international financial institutions, such as the EBRD, World Bank, EIB or ADB, knowledge of FIDIC and/or World Bank/EBRD Supply and Installation contractual arrangements. - Solid Waste Engineers, with 8 years or more of professional experience in solid waste management.   • Consultant’s Personnel Consultant has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the Services required under this Agreement. All of the Services required under this Agreement shall be performed by Consultant or under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in the Services shall be qualified to perform such Services. Consultant shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Consultant’s staff and sub-contractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services required under this Agreement. Consultant shall notify City of all changes in Consultant’s staff and sub-contractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services required under this Agreement, prior to and during any such performance. In the event that City, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this Agreement, desires to reassign any staff or sub-contractor of Consultant, City shall give notice as set forth in Section 8.1. Consultant shall, immediately upon the receipt of the notice to re-assign staff from City, reassign such person or persons.

  • Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”). Consultant’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Consultant for all purposes under this Agreement. The Consultant’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using their best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
