Content of Employment Contract. The Board will comply with the statutory requirements for issuing individual contracts. Each contract shall state: name of employee; name of the District and Board employing said employee; type of contract ("Limited" or "Continuing"), and, if "Limited", the number of years the contract is to be in effect; employee agreement that he/she shall abide by the school rules, regulations, and policies in the negotiated collective bargaining contract; and provision for signature and date of signature of the employee.
