Continuous Cost Improvement Process. The timely implementation of the Continuous Cost Improvement Process (CCIP) is a material duty of the Seller. The CCIP is an ongoing, year-after-year plan to achieve cost reductions. The goal is to work together to reduce prices, while maintaining or improving market share, margins, profits, and quality levels, and meeting schedule and other contractual requirements. The implementation of the CCIP requires establishing cost improvement targets, developing and agreeing on a cost improvement plan, implementation of the plan by the Seller, regular review and status reporting with the Procurement Representative, appropriate support from the Procurement Representative, and corrective action as necessary to meet the cost improvement targets. Boeing may assist Seller in this effort in the areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Advanced Quality System, the Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW), value engineering and other initiatives. Seller is not limited to the Boeing initiatives and may implement any improvement consistent with the requirements of the orders. Boeing and Seller agree to establish CCIP target price reductions, and delivery and quality performance goals, on or before December 1 of each year for the period of performance of this SBP. The goal is to work together to reduce costs in order to reduce Product unit prices in the manner set forth in SBP Section 12.6.2, while maintaining or improving margins, profits, and quality levels, and meeting schedule and other contractual requirements. The implementation of the CCIP requires establishing cost improvement targets, developing and agreeing on a cost improvement plan, implementation of the plan by the Seller, regular review and status reporting with the Procurement Representative, appropriate support from the Procurement Representative, and corrective action as necessary to meet the cost improvement targets. Boeing may assist Seller in areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Advanced Quality System, Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW), Value Engineering, packaging cost reduction activities, and other initiatives.   • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports.   • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Tenant Improvement Plans Any work proposed by Tenant (the “Tenant Improvements”) shall be subject to Landlord’s reasonable prior approval and shall be subject to the other terms and conditions of this Exhibit C; provided that it will be reasonable for Landlord to withhold its approval or consent (as and when applicable under this Exhibit C) if Landlord’s Mortgagee has not consented to the matter that is the subject of such approval or consent. All architectural, engineering and other design fees shall be paid by Tenant. Tenant shall use its architect, engineers and other design professionals, all of whom shall comply with any applicable licensing or governmental requirements of the City of Seattle and the State of Washington; Tenant’s architect shall be approved by Landlord (“Tenant’s Architect”), which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Landlord shall also be entitled to receive a copy of the agreement between Tenant and Tenant’s Architect (the “Architect Agreement”). Tenant shall cause Tenant’s Architect to prepare a draft space plan (the “Space Plan”) for the Tenant Improvements and shall submit the proposed Space Plan to Landlord for the latter’s approval (not to be unreasonably withheld) in a time period to allow Tenant to timely complete its Tenant Improvements under this Lease. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant any written objections, questions or comments of Landlord with regard to the Space Plan within ten (10) business days of receipt; Landlord’s consent thereto shall be deemed given if not denied in writing within said ten (10) business day period. If Landlord denies its approval, it shall specify the reasons for doing so in detail. Tenant shall cause the Space Plan to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said Space Plan to Landlord for approval. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plan. Tenant’s Architect shall then prepare working drawings and specifications for the Tenant Improvements, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection drawings as required, suitable for permit application (the “Working Drawings”) and shall submit the proposed Working Drawings to Landlord for the latter’s approval in a time period to allow Tenant to timely complete its Tenant Improvements under this Lease. The Space Plan and Working Drawings shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which Landlord agrees shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Landlord shall not be deemed to have acted unreasonably if it withholds its approval thereof because, in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, the work, as described in any such item: (i) is likely to adversely affect Building Systems, the structure of the Building or the safety of the Building and/or their occupants; (ii) might impair Landlord’s ability to furnish services to Tenant or other tenants in the Building; (iii) would materially increase the cost of operating the Building; (iv) would violate any governmental laws, rules or ordinances (or interpretations thereof); (v) contains or uses hazardous or toxic materials or substances; (vi) would negatively affect the appearance of the Building; (vii) is reasonably likely to adversely affect another tenant’s premises; or (viii) is prohibited by any ground lease affecting the Building or any mortgage, trust deed or other instrument encumbering the Building. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant any written objections, questions or comments of Landlord with regard to the Working Drawings, within ten (10) business days of Landlord’s receipt of the Working Drawings; Landlord’s consent thereto shall be deemed given if not denied in writing within said ten (10) business day period. If Landlord denies its approval, it shall specify the reasons for doing so in detail. Tenant shall cause the Working Drawings to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said Working Drawings to Landlord for approval. Landlord may, when approving the Tenant Improvement Plans, elect to require Tenant to remove any Non-Standard Improvements which are made to the Premises. If Landlord so elects, Tenant shall, at its own cost, restore the Premises to the condition designated by Landlord in its election, before the last day of the Term. Such process shall continue until both parties have approved the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan and/or the Working Drawings shall not be deemed any representation or warranty that the same comply with applicable codes.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix .

  • School Improvement 1. The Board and the Association agree that employee participation in decision making is effective in providing positive results for education. 2. The provisions contained in this section shall apply to all school improvement plans, programs or processes set forth by school improvement committees established in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx School District as a result of Section 1277 of the Revised School Code. 3. It is understood that participation on school improvement committees is voluntary. Further, employees who participate, or are non-participants, in such activities shall not be negatively evaluated for any conduct relative to such committees. 4. In the event that any provision(s) of a school improvement plan, program or process or application thereof violates, contradicts, or is inconsistent with this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall prevail.

  • Examination of work before covering up In respect of the work which the Authority’s Engineer is entitled to examine, inspect, measure and/or test before it is covered up or put out of view or any part of the work is placed thereon, the Contractor shall give notice to the Authority’s Engineer whenever any such work is ready and before it is covered up. The Authority’s Engineer shall then either carry out the examination, inspection or testing without unreasonable delay, or promptly give notice to the Contractor that the Authority’s Engineer does not require to do so. Provided, however, that if any work is of a continuous nature where it is not possible or prudent to keep it uncovered or incomplete, the Contractor shall notify the schedule of carrying out such work to give sufficient opportunity, not being less than 3 (three) business days’ notice, to the Authority’s Engineer to conduct its inspection, measurement or test while the work is continuing. Provided further that in the event the Contractor receives no response from the Authority’s Engineer within a period of 3 (three) business days from the date on which the Contractor’s notice hereunder is delivered to the Authority’s Engineer, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Authority’s Engineer would not undertake the said inspection.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
