Contract Documents Defined. A. The Contract Documents consist of the following documents:

Contract Documents Defined. The contract documents (“Contract Documents”) include this Contract, all bid documents issued by the City for , including without limitation, the Notice to Contractors, the Request for Proposal and all associated Attachments and Addenda; and, all documents submitted by Contractor as part of the Contractor’s Bid, including without limitation, the Bid forms, Certificates of Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Certificate, and Bonds (if any). All of the provisions of the Contract Documents are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Contract as if fully set forth herein.
Contract Documents Defined. The contract between the parties shall consist of the “Contract Documents.” The Contract Documents shall include this Agreement, the Design for Construction, any supplemental conditions, any special conditions, and all documents expressly annexed hereto as part of this Agreement. Change Orders issued hereafter, and any written amendments to this Agreement executed by Owner and Construction Manager, shall become and be a part of the Contract Documents. Documents not expressly listed above are not Contract Documents and do not constitute part of the contract between the parties.
Contract Documents Defined. The “Contract Documents” consist of this Master Agreement, the PROJECT SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT and those additional documents identified in the PROJECT SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT. Unless expressly provided otherwise in the PROJECT SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT, the Contract Documents do not include the notice to bidders, advertisement or invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, sample forms, Contractor’s bid, portions of the Addenda relating to any of those documents, Subcontractor’s bid or proposal, or any Submittals. The performance and payment bonds described below, if required by the PROJECT SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT, shall be included in the Contract Documents.
Contract Documents Defined. The term “Contract Documents” as used in this Agreement means the following: (1) this Subcontract between WINTER XXXXXXX and Subcontractor, all of its Exhibits, and all documents referenced in any of them, all of which form and are a part of this Subcontract; as well as all subsequently issued written change orders, written amendments, or written modifications to this Subcontract signed by an authorized representative of WINTER XXXXXXX (the “Subcontract Documents”); and (2) the Prime Contract between WINTER XXXXXXX and the Owner and all other documents incorporated by reference into the Prime Contract, including, but not limited to, all drawings, specifications, general conditions and supplemental conditions, as well as all subsequently issued change orders, amendments or modifications to the Prime Contract. Each Subcontractor shall make similar copies of such document available to its sub- subcontractors.
Contract Documents Defined. Contract documents” means and includes the illustrative site plan, the project schedule and the other documents specified below, all of which are incorporated by reference into the Contract. Detailed design documents should be organized according to the guidelines in Annex 3: Technical Proposal.

Contract Documents Defined. This Agreement anticipates and contemplates (but does not require) that Divisions and Provider may enter into various “Service Agreements” for recurring and non-recurring Work, whereby Provider agrees to perform services and/or supply goods and materials through Divisions for Divisions’ clients. The “Contract Documents” for Work provided on any Projects by Provider shall consist of the following: (a) this Master Provider Agreement, any exhibits attached hereto and all subsequent modifications and amendment hereto (collectively, the “Agreement”); (b) any Service Agreements; (c) the agreement between Divisions and the owner or manager of the subject property (collectively, the “Owner”) where the Work/Project is being performed (the “Prime Contract”); (d) all agreements pertaining to the subject Project including any of the following (as applicable): invitation to bid; budgets; purchase orders; pre-contract bulletins; general, special, and supplementary conditions; and drawings, specifications, plans and documents defining the scope of the Project; (e) any agreements, documents or instruments similar or related to the agreements, documents, and instruments referenced in subsections (a)-(d) of this Section 1; and (f) and all addenda and modifications issued pursuant to any such Contract Documents. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Contract Documents shall only be binding on Divisions if and when Divisions provides its written consent to be so bound by each such Contract Document.

  • THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.

  • INTENT OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 1.1 It is the intent of the Contract Documents to describe a functionally complete Project (or portion thereof) to be constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any work, materials or equipment that may reasonably be inferred from the Contract Documents as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not specifically called for. When words which have a well-known technical or trade meaning are used to describe work, materials or equipment, such words shall be interpreted in accordance with that meaning. Reference to standard specifications, manuals or codes of any technical society, organization or association or to the laws or regulations of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Project, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the latest standard specification, manual, code, law or regulation in effect at the time the Work is performed, except as may be otherwise specifically stated herein.
