CONTRACT SCHEDULE AND PROGRESS CONTROL. 15.1 Contract Schedule Contractor guarantees timely performance of the Work generally in accordance with the Contract Schedule and specifically in compliance with the Milestone Dates set out in the Contract Schedule. Contractor acknowledges that the Contract Schedule is deemed to include all notice periods specified in the Agreement, including time necessary to obtain Approvals and certificates from Canadian Natural and from inspecting, certifying and warranty entities, legal and customs authorities and all necessary time periods required for contingencies including equipment breakdown, maintenance, customs formalities, handling and transport. Notwithstanding that there may be some variance in timing of completing certain items in the Agreement, Contractor guarantees that all Milestone Dates shall be complied with.

Detailed Contract Schedule Contractor shall, at the times and in the manner required pursuant to Schedule E (Contract Coordination Procedures), provide Canadian Natural with detailed information respecting the conduct and scheduling of the Work so as to demonstrate Contractor's ability to meet all Milestone Dates. Progress Control Contractor shall ensure that the monitoring and control of the performance of the Work are carried out in a manner consistent with the planning, progress control and reporting requirements of the Agreement as specified in Schedule E (Contract Coordination Procedures) and Schedule A (Scope of Work). Contractor shall submit for Approval with the Contract Schedule, (i) a detailed list of the critical path items associated with the Contract Schedule and (ii) the corresponding Work progress control procedures to be utilized for the regular evaluation of the physical progress of the Work as well as the critical path items. Canadian Natural shall not Approve any Work progress figures unless resulting from the proper implementation of the appropriate Approved progress control procedures. The Approved Work progress figures shall be used as the basis for the preparation of the invoices provided for in Schedule B (Compensation). Events Affecting the Progress of the Work Contractor shall immediately notify Canadian Natural Representative of all incidents or events of any nature affecting or likely to affect the progress of the Works, including delays in obtaining data and information necessary for the performance of the Work, the supply or transportation of materials and equipment or parts of equipment related to Contractor Items, stri...

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.

  • Milestone schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Detailed Scope of Work The complete description of services to be provided by the Contractor under an individual Job Order. Developed by the Contractor, after the Joint Scope Meeting and submitted for approval to the County Project Manager.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders.
