Contract Teachers/Master Teachers. 2.7.2.1 Submission The evaluation(s) and recommendation(s) for Contract I will be submitted to the Executive Director of Child Development Services by November 15 and February 15 of the first year. Evaluations for Contract II, III must be submitted by February 15 in each subsequent year. Recommendations will be sent to the Chancellor in time for the first Board meeting in March.
