Contractor Personnel Qualifications. All persons assigned by Contractor to the performance of Services under the Contract must be employees of Contractor or its majority-owned (directly or indirectly, at any tier) subsidiaries (or a State- approved Subcontractor) and must be fully qualified to perform the work assigned to them. Contractor must include a similar provision in any subcontract entered into with a Subcontractor. For the purposes of the Contract, independent contractors engaged by Contractor solely in a staff augmentation role must be treated by the State as if they were employees of Contractor for the Contract only; however, the State understands that the relationship between Contractor and Subcontractor is an independent contractor relationship.

The Contractor must include this requirement in any subcontract.
Contractor Personnel Qualifications. Contractor personnel providing services hereunder shall obtain and maintain in effect during the term of this Agreement, all licenses, permits, registrations and certificates required by law which are applicable to their performance hereunder. Copies of such licenses, permits, registrations and certificates shall be made available to County upon request for purposes of inspection and audit.
Contractor Personnel Qualifications. In order to support the Government, the Contractor shall have qualified and knowledgeable staff to ensure: 1) preparation of draft correspondence, documents, and reports as described here and elsewhere in this performance work statement 2) regulatory analysis of compliance issues for discussion at meetings with the regulatory agencies, or for inclusion into draft correspondence, and 3) attendance and participation at meetings with the regulatory agencies.
