Contractor Technical Support. Technical support shall be provided via secure internet links to the Contractor Technical Support Center (see Section 3.5.8 below) supporting the Contractor’s automated operator ITS. The Contractor shall provide for on-site technical support during System installation and testing, and on-call technical support for the investigation and timely resolution of ITS hardware, software or other component problems and as otherwise stated in this Section 3.4 and/or Section 3.5 of this Exhibit B (Statement of Work). The Contractor technical support staff shall be fully trained and capable of performing ITS adds/moves/changes, as well as procedures for the investigation and resolution of ITS hardware, software or other component problems.

Contractor Technical Support. The Contractor shall provide a technical consultant or Field Service Representative (FSR) with expert technical knowledge of the end item and familiar with all aspects (operation, maintenance processes, and repair parts) of the end item and related equipment to answer questions and point out, if requested by Government team, the location and function of the provisioned item. This facilitates a relationship review of RPSTL item on the contracted end article by the Government team. There shall be no teardown or disassembly of the end article, unless requested.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.
