Contractor's Consent. The term "Contractor's Consent" shall mean that certain Contractor's Consent to Assignment of Construction Contract executed in connection herewith by the Contractor.
Contractor's Consent. In connection with the execution and delivery to Lessor of this Agreement, with respect to each Construction Agreement with an anticipated cost of $1,000,000.00 or more, Lessee shall obtain and deliver to Lessor consents from each Contractor under each Construction Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (a "Contractor's Consent to Assignment"). Lessee shall obtain and provide to Lessor a Contractor's Consent to Assignment for any new Construction Agreements entered into by Lessee after the date hereof.

The Subcontractor is authorised to make contractual or other arrangements with subcontractors for purposes connected with the Services. The Subcontractor shall, and shall procure that each subcontractor shall, perform its obligations under and observe all the terms of each subcontract. The Subcontractor shall: ensure that none of the terms and conditions of a subcontract shall contradict any term or condition of this Agreement; provide in the subcontract for the subcontractor to be a provider of probation services within the meaning of Section 3(6) of the OMA for the purposes of all Applicable Law; prior to entering into a subcontract, complete together with the subcontractor, an ISPA Questionnaire in which it shall identify all risks to be assumed by the subcontractor under the relevant subcontract, quantify those risks and describe the impact on the business of the subcontractor of those risks; describe to the Contractor in reasonable detail, the risks to the assumed by the subcontractor and confirm to the Contractor in writing that those risks have been addressed reasonably; not enter into a subcontract which allocates...
Contractor's Consent. In connection with the execution and delivery to Lessor of this Agreement, Lessee shall obtain and deliver to Lessor consents from each Contractor under each Construction Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (a "Contractor's Consent to Assignment").   • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.

  • Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Certifications A. Contractor certifies that it has not engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for or in executing the Contract. For the purposes of this Paragraph 10.05:

  • EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS & AGENTS All employees, Subcontractors or agents performing work under the Contract must be trained staff or technicians who meet or exceed the professional, technical and training qualifications set forth in the Bid Specifications or the Bid Documents, whichever is more restrictive, and must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Authorized User. The Commissioner reserves the right to conduct a security background check or otherwise approve any employee, Subcontractor or agent furnished by Contractor and to refuse access to or require replacement of any personnel for cause based on, including but not limited to, professional, technical or training qualifications, quality of work or change in security status or non- compliance with Authorized User’s security or other requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract terms. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject and/or bar from the facility for cause any employee, Subcontractor, or agents of the Contractor.

  • Contractor Approach The Contractor shall develop, document, and implement BIDM Data Exchanges to obtain BIDM Imports from and to send BIDM Exports to CDPHE's Oral Health Program 17.26.2.1. This exchange shall occur on a period as determined by the Department.
