Controlling. 8.1 The Client ensures that the Product is appropriate for the processing, is identifiable and that the Product is in accordance with the specification, order, quotation etc. 8.2 Ionbond shall not be obliged to control the Product before, under and/or after the Service. If the Client wants to engage Ionbond in the process of controlling the Product, such Service needs to be requested in writing beforehand. Ionbond shall only be bound by such request after Ionbond has issued an order confirmation.
