Controlling. 8.1 The Client ensures that the Product is appropriate for the processing, is identifiable and that the Product is in accordance with the specification, order, quotation etc.

Authority For as long as Xxxxxxx Xxxx remains a graduate student space, the GA shall be its controlling authority and as such the GA retains final decision-making power over all aspects of the space, including those delegated to the ASUC SU and Event Services, subject to the limits of this Agreement.
