Controlling. Directs the maintenance of all controls, reports and records in conformity with all regulations and requirements. Reviews and analyses periodic reports, including financial audits, submitted by Cooperative personnel and/or consultants for the purpose of determining whether their activities are in conformity with approved policies, programs, budgets, standards and costs; directs remedial action as required.
Controlling. 8.1 The Client ensures that the Product is appropriate for the processing, is identifiable and that the Product is in accordance with the specification, order, quotation etc.
8.2 Ionbond shall not be obliged to control the Product before, under and/or after the Service. If the Client wants to engage Ionbond in the process of controlling the Product, such Service needs to be requested in writing beforehand. Ionbond shall only be bound by such request after Ionbond has issued an order confirmation.
Controlling. To the extent that the Special Stipulations, if any, set forth in Exhibit "E" conflict with any of the printed provisions of this Lease, such Special Stipulations shall control.

We are constantly improving our processes and updating our monitoring tools so that the experience we gain from our broad range of service areas is utilized on every new project.
Controlling. This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, except the laws of the State that would render such choice of law ineffective.
