Work Specifications. The plans prepared by Owner in accordance with Article 63 hereof are subject to revision based on the rules and regulations of such reviewing agencies as the local board of inspectors, the state labor department, OSHA and related agencies. Any changes in door swings, arrangements of exits and/or passages mandated by such agencies shall be binding on Owner and Tenant as if they had been incorporated into the original plans as attached hereto. In the case of any common foyers or exit passages mandated by such regulations and used by more than one tenant, the size of such areas or passages and the rent therefore shall be apportioned among the parties in relation to the total square footage which they proportionately occupy, and such charges shall be payable as additional rent hereunder. Owner shall have the right to add exits, entrances or passageways whenever necessary to comply with present or future regulation by applicable public authority. Tenant shall pay the cost thereof where the requirement for such addition is due solely to Tenant’s special use of premises.

The specifications entitled “RFP # Demolition-Abatement-06-2022” (hereinafter “Work Specifications”) is hereby incorporated into this contract and made a part hereof for the purpose of setting forth the work to be performed under this contract. 2. Services performed and completed may be on various properties in Xxxxxx County. These properties may fall within the XXX-0, XXX-0, HOME, CDBG, HHF, MSHDA grants, Blight Elimination funds, Covid-19, Covid CARES, Covid Variants, American Rescue Plan Act, Treasurer-owned or Land Bank funding programs. 3. It is agreed that the nature and extent of the work to be done under the Contract shall be in accordance with, and governed by, the technical specifications component of which copies are appended hereto. Additional specifications and/or drawings in elaboration or explanation of the work to be done may be prepared by the Xxxxxx County Land Bank. Such additional specifications and/or drawings shall be considered as part of the technical specifications component of the Contract and shall be respected and followed as such by the contractor. 4. Materials, tools, and other work items shall be organized and stored so as not to unreasonably burden access to, and movement in, the premises. The Xxxxxx County Land Bank shall permit the Contractor to use, at no cost, existing utilities such as light, heat, power, and water, necessary to carrying out the completion of the work. Contractor shall be held to have visited the site and the working conditions, the methods of carrying out the work and to have included in his/her proposal all costs for meeting such work conditions. 5. Contractor shall at all times enforce good order among his/her employees and shall not employ at the work site any disorderly, intemperate, or unfit person or anyone not skilled in the work assigned to him/her. The Contractor, or a competent person having authority to act for him/her, shall be at the construction site whenever work is underway. The Contractor shall have the drawings and specifications available on the site at all times. 6. The Contractor shall at all times permit and facilitate the on-site inspection of all work by the City of Lansing for compliance with the Building Code, and work called for under this Contract. 7. The Contractor shall properly protect all new and existing work from damage. Work Specifications. Lessee represents that it has already reviewed and approved the Work Specifications prepared by Developer Lessor and submitted to Lessee for review, which contains the details of the Work that is the subject-matter of the Second Phase of the Development.

Work Specifications. 2.1. To the best of their knowledge and subject to the constraints imposed by site conditions and the Site host, INSTALLER will engineer, locate and install the System to optimize the kWh output of the System over its lifetime. 2.2. Installation shall meet all applicable local and national codes and standards. 2.3. Installation shall be performed in accordance with OSHA standards. 2.4. Workmanship shall be consistent with quality generally accepted in the industry. 2.5. Services will be conducted in a manner that makes the System eligible for the Rebates according to requirements at the date of contract execution. 2.6. INSTALLER covenants that they will not violate any of roof warranties at the System location in the installation and maintenance of the System. Work Specifications. A. On each regularly scheduled collection day, Wednesday and Saturday, Texas Pride Disposal will collect residential refuse located curbside. Residential refuse must be either in the Texas Pride Disposal-provided cart, personal containers not to exceed ninety-six (96) gallons or bags not exceeding forty (40) pounds. Tree, shrub, and brush trimmings must be piled neatly curbside in individual piles not exceeding three (3) feet in length by three (3) feet in width by three (3) feet in height, and branches may not exceed six (6) inches in diameter. This excludes any waste generated as a result of a force majeure. As part of normal collection, Texas Pride Disposal does not pick up dirt, rocks, bricks, concrete, or any materials or items deemed hazardous materials or waste generated by a private contractor. Bulky waste (refrigerators and freezers must be drained of Freon and have a xxxx to validate such service was performed) will be picked up either scheduled day and must also be located at the curb. For special collection other than normal amounts of residential refuse, yard trimmings, or bulk items (a “Special Collection”), if notified in advance Texas Pride Disposal will meet with the resident prior to collection day to negotiate a price. If a resident does not notify Texas Pride Disposal of such a Special Collection before their scheduled day, then Texas Pride Disposal will leave a notice for the resident to contact Texas Pride Disposal during normal office hours before their next scheduled pick up day. Payment for any Special Collection is the sole responsibility of the individual resident requesting Special Collection and is not an obligation of the District. If notified in advance, Texas Pride Disposal will arrange for garage door or valet service for residents needing special assistance with collection of residential refuse. Any such requests for garage door or valet service should be made directly by the individual resident requesting the service to Texas Pride Disposal. B. All permanent trash containers, after being emptied by Texas Pride Disposal, will be returned within five (5) feet of their point of origin in the same condition in which they were taken, normal wear and tear expected. C. Texas Pride Disposal shall clean up any spillage that occurs during the collection process; provided, however, that if gasoline, motor oil, cooking oil, paint, or any other liquid items in a garbage container are not seen by Texas Pride Disposal personnel resultin...
