COORDINATION WITH OTHER FEDERAL REVIEWS. In the event that the Powertech applies for additional approvals or other assistance from federal agencies for the Undertaking and the Undertaking remains unchanged, the approving agency may comply with Section 106 by agreeing in writing to the terms of this PA and notifying and consulting with SHPO and ACHP. Any necessary modifications will be considered in accordance with the amendment process in Stipulation 16.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER FEDERAL REVIEWS. In the event that Dominion or other agency applies for additional federal funding or approvals for the Project and the undertaking remains unchanged, such funding or approving agency may comply with Section 106 by agreeing in writing to the terms of this MOA and notifying and consulting with SHPO and ACHP. Any necessary modifications will be considered in accordance with stipulation X, Amendments.

In the event that another federal agency not initially a party to or subject to this Agreement receives an application for funding/license/permit for the Undertaking as described in this Agreement, that agency may fulfill its Section 106 responsibilities by stating in writing it concurs with the terms of this Agreement and notifying the FERC, the SHPO, and the ACHP that it intends to do so. Any necessary modifications will be considered in accordance with Stipulation XII, Amendments.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER FEDERAL REVIEWS. In the event that LMDC or a federal agency applies for additional federal funds for the Esplanade Project, the federal funding agency may satisfy its Section 106 responsibilities by agreeing in writing to the terms of this Agreement and notifying SHPO and ACHP accordingly.

In the event that another federal agency not initially a party to or subject to this MOA receives an application for funding/license/permit associated with the Project as described in this MOA, that agency may fulfill its Section 106 responsibilities by stating in writing it concurs with the terms of this MOA and notifying the Corps, SHPO, and the ACHP that it intends to do so. The Corps will confirm in writing that the Corps accepts Lead Agency status for Section 106, and the SHPO and ACHP will confirm in writing that the new federal action is covered by the Corps’ MOA and Section 106 process. Such agreement shall be evidenced by implementation of the terms of this MOA and attachments.

In the event that Strata applies for additional approvals for the project and the undertaking remains unchanged, the approving agency may comply with Section 106 by agreeing in writing to the terms of this PA and notifying and consulting with NRC, BLM, SHPO and ACHP. Any necessary modifications will be considered in accordance with the amendment process in Stipulation K.
