CORPORATE FACILITIES. The Employer shall furnish the Employee with suitable working space and other facilities which are necessary for Employee's position and adequate for the performance of Employee's duties.

CORPORATE FACILITIES. CTI shall provide and maintain such facilities, equipment and supplies as CTI deems necessary for Employee's performance of his duties under this Agreement. Such facilities shall also include the services of receptionists, secretaries, bookkeepers and other help as needed.
CORPORATE FACILITIES. The Offeror should describe the availability and adequacy of facilities relevant to electronics technologies and the nature of work to be performed.
CORPORATE FACILITIES. Corporate Facilities will be evaluated based on the following elements:  The availability and adequacy of facilities relevant to electronics technologies and the nature of the work to be performed.  Possession of (or realistic and timely plan to obtain) Secret Facility Clearance with Secret Safeguarding and adequacy of the unclassified and classified work and meeting spaces at its facilities.
CORPORATE FACILITIES. The Company leases approximately 40,000 square feet in a building owned by FDC in Jacksonville, Florida at market rates. COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT The Company owns thousands of acres in northwestern Florida and St. John's County on the northeastern coast of Florida near Jacksonville, including substantial gulf, lake and riverfront acreage, that it believes to be potentially suited to community residential and resort development. See Item 1--"Community Residential Development" for a description of many of the Company's developments. St. Xxx/Arvida's administrative offices are located in Boca Raton, Florida and are leased from a third party. RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES The administrative offices of ARS are located in Clearwater, Florida. These offices as well as brokerage offices based in 103 locations throughout Florida are leased from third parties. COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES On December 31, 2000, the Company owned 225 acres of land with entitlements for future development of approximately 5.4 million square feet of commercial property. On December 31, 2000, the Company owned rental properties totaling 1.7 million square feet. All Advantis offices are leased from third parties.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Office Facilities During the period of employment, Executive shall have his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 3000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and the Corporation shall furnish Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Alternate Facilities If under Purchaser’s Operating Schedule, roads needed for the removal of Included Timber differ substantially from Specified Roads, other roads may be added to A7. Contracting Officer shall assure that road routing, location, design, and needed easements will make such other roads acceptable as parts of the National Forest transportation facilities. Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads.

  • Banking Facilities Schedule 3.25 sets forth a complete and correct list of: (a) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an account or safety deposit box and the numbers of such accounts or safety deposit boxes maintained thereat; and (b) the names of all persons authorized to draw on each such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box, together with a description of the authority (and conditions thereto, if any) of each person with respect thereto.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance.
