Corporate Health Principal Sample Clauses

Corporate Health Principal. A Corporate Health Principal is an Employee who has at least three years experience in the corporate health sector. Corporate Health Principals generally exercise skills and knowledge beyond those of Employees employed in other classifications. A Corporate Health Principal will: (a) deliver corporate services to a broad range of clientele without the need for supervision; (b) generally manage the strategic operations of the corporate health business unit; and (c) perform such other duties and tasks which may be ancillary to their role or which the Employer may delegate to them from time to time. A Corporate Health Principal will be required to report to the directors of the Employer on overall business unit activity.

Corporate Health Principal. (a) Employees employed as Corporate Health Principals will be paid a base annual salary of at least $55,000 per annum. (b) The salary referred to in clause 1.11(a) above, together with any performance bonuses payable to the Corporate Health Principals are indexed according to the total gross revenue of the business unit and in accordance with the Employer’s ordinary practices. (c) Increases of $2,500 will be added to the base annual salary for every $100,000 of gross revenue generated by the business unit. These increases will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis up to an annual gross remuneration package not exceeding $100,000 p.a.
