Trainee Principal. (via promotion) An Employee will be employed as a Trainee Principal (via promotion) for a period of three months. The aim of this role is to provide Employees with the requisite training to ascend to the role of Clinical Health Principal. A Trainee Principal (via promotion) is an Employee who has at least three years clinical experience in the private sector, has progressed through the Employer’s career pathway structure and has been promoted to the position of Clinical Health Trainee Principal. A Trainee Principal (via promotion) will be required to perform the following in accordance with their levels of skills and training:

Trainee Principal. (via ‘lateral’ entry) An Employee will be employed as a Trainee Principal for a period of three months. The aim of this role is to provide Employees with the requisite training to ascend to the role of Clinical Health Principal. Employees employed as a lateral entry Trainee Principal will have at least three years clinical experience in the private sector and will have commenced employment with the Employer without progressing through the Employer’s career pathway structure. A Trainee Principal will be required to perform the following in accordance with their levels of skills and training:

The aim of this role is to provide Employees with the requisite training to ascend to the role of Principal. A Trainee Principal is an Employee who has at least three years clinical experience in the private sector, and has progressed through the Employerscareer pathway structure or has been employed with the relevant experiences to immediately assume this role. A Trainee Principal will be required to perform the following in accordance with their levels of skills and training: i. Deliver clinical services to a broad range of clientele without need for supervision; ii. Deliver corporate services to a broad range of clientele (with minimal supervision as required); iii. Manage clients; iv. Manage professional relationships with clients and referrers; v. Prepare professional reports and documentation; vi. Complete necessary documentation; vii. Undergo training to learn and develop skills to service the full scope of the role of Principal; and viii. Perform such other duties and tasks which may be ancillary to their role or which the Employer may delegate to them from time to time. Reporting Trainee Principals will operate autonomously with little to no supervision. Where required, they will report to the Clinical Principal employed by the Employer or the Practice Director. Responsibility Trainee Principals will possess a higher skill level than most Clinical Employees and will be expected to assist in the management of the team and practice. They are required to perform their duties to a more involved and higher standard. Principal Duties A Principal is an Employee who has at least three years clinical experience in the private sector. Principals generally exercise skills and knowledge beyond those of Employees employed in other classifications. A Principal will: i. Deliver clinical services to a broad range of clientele without need for supervision; ii. Deliver corporate services to a broad range of clientele (with minimal supervision as required); iii. Manage clients; iv. Manage professional relationships with clients and referrers; v. Prepare professional reports and documentation; vi. Complete necessary documentation; vii.   • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Charge Pay (a) The Employer shall designate a person to be in charge of a unit. Where such person is absent from the unit for a consecutive time period of two (2) hours or more, an alternate will be designated in charge.

  • Charge Nurse A charge nurse is an experienced nurse who is assigned the responsibility for the nursing activity and patient care on a single nursing unit for one (1) or more shifts.   • When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Distribution of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account must be made (or otherwise will be deemed made) no later than 30 days from the earlier of the beneficiary’s death or attainment of age 30. A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.
