It is your responsibility to promptly inform the Bank of any change to your circumstances and we may request proof of such changes. Examples of the details you should keep up-to-date include:
(a) name;
(b) address (including if you move abroad);
(c) nationality;
(d) signature;
(e) telephone number (including mobile);
(f) email address; and
(g) tax residency (advise us within 30 days of any change to these circumstances).
7.7 If you do not keep your details up-to-date, your eligibility for account (s) and services we offer, or how they work may be affected. The security of your information may also be at risk and you may not receive important information from us, including notices about changes to this Agreement.
7.8 We shall have no responsibility to you if any information we hold about you is or becomes inaccurate or incomplete because you have given us inaccurate or incomplete information, or failed to tell us about any important changes to that information.

Correspondence and statements. Official correspondence and written or oral statements, whether issued explicitly or implicitly by or on behalf of APNA, must be approved in advance by resolution of the Board of Directors, or pursuant to the explicit authority accompanying a position as an officer or key employee of APNA. The correspondence or statements must then be limited to what has been authorized and must be within the scope of my duties as a APNA director, officer, volunteer, committee member, or employee. Other correspondence or statements must not be printed on APNA’s letterhead stationery. Furthermore, if the statement could possibly be interpreted as issued by or on behalf of APNA, it must include a clear and conspicuous disclaimer indicating that the statement is not made by or on behalf of APNA. Only APNA employees should have routine access to APNA’s letterhead stationery and APNA employees should be involved in preparing or reviewing all official correspondence.
