Correspondence/Notification. All correspondence and notifications between the Parties shall pass to and from the Chief Administrative Officer of the Village; and the Shop Xxxxxxx in Port Xxxxx, or the National Representative of CUPE with a copy to the Shop Xxxxxxx.
Correspondence/Notification. The parties shall communicate any proposed changes to this Agreement, or any permitted changes pursuant to the Management Rights provision of this Agreement, via certified mail with a courtesy email of the same to the party’s designee, however, failure to provide a courtesy email shall not constitute breach of contract. The Employer shall not implement any changes which impact hours, wages, and working conditions without prior notice to the impacted personnel a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance, unless such implementation is required to meet the bona fide needs of the Employer’s contractual obligations. The Union shall provide the Employer with a list of all Union Representatives including phone numbers, fax numbers, mailing addresses and e-mail addresses of the President, Secretary, Vice President, Business Agent, and Union Representatives / Stewards. Any changes to the required contact information shall be communicated, in writing to the Employer designee within seven (7) calendar days. Any notification sent to the President or Secretary sent to non-current contact locations shall constitute proper notice as required by this article or any other article requiring the company to notifying the Union, provided that the non-current address was the last address provided to the Employer. Prior to the 5th of each month, the Employer shall provide an electronic report (e.g. Excel Spreadsheet) of terminations, and all employees in the bargaining unit(s) to which this Agreement pertains. The reports shall include: full name, employee number, date of hire, PTO/benefit date, job classification, work location, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and current wage rate.

  • Correspondence (a) The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered by this Agreement shall be sent to the President of the Union or his/her designate.

  • Advance Notification The Company shall notify the Shop Committee and the Union not less than six (6) months in advance of intent to institute material changes in working methods of facilities which would involve the discharge or laying off of employees.

  • Public Notification BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of the Denial of Application due to Space Exhaust. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office previously on the space exhaust list. BellSouth shall allocate said available space pursuant to the waiting list referenced in Section 2.5.

  • Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
