COST STANDARD. The parties agree that the PSLO Program is a cost shared full-time position. The parties further agree that the actual and necessary cost (except overtime as authorized in paragraph 14) of the program will be shared with the School District who is responsible for 60% and the City responsible for 40% during the period when the PSLO is actually staffed, i.e., the beginning of the school year in late August, to the end of the school year in early June. The City will invoice the School District at the conclusion of each semester, i.e. mid-January for the fall semester, and mid-June for the spring semester.
COST STANDARD. 1. All costs are subject to federal cost policy guidance and the standards developed by the State Office of Policy and Management for determining the cost of contracts, grants, and other agreements with organizations that receive funding from the State. In the event of any inconsistency, the federal cost policy guidance shall supersede the OPM cost standards. COST STANDARD. The actual and necessary cost (including overtime as authorized in paragraph 1415) of the program will be paid 100% by the School District. The City will invoice the School District at the conclusion of each semester, i.e. mid-January for the fall semester, and mid-June for the spring semester. The District shall pay an additional $3.00 per hour worked by the PSLO as PSLO, plus all related fringe benefit and overtime costs to this payment, to the City for purposes of compensating the PSLO. Where services are not provided by the City under this Agreement for the School District as a result of a school closure, the City shall not xxxx the District for services not performed by the PSLO during the period of closure or time that school is not in session.

  • Meets Standard The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to financial reporting requirements, including but not limited to: • Complete and on-time submission of financial reports, including annual budget, revised budgets (if applicable), periodic financial reports as required by the authorizer and any reporting requirements if the board contracts with an Education Service Provider (ESP) • On-time submission and completion of the annual independent audit and corrective action plans, if applicable • No charging of tuition • Adequate management and financial controls • All reporting requirements related to the use of public funds Measure 2b Is the school following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)?

  • Service Standard We will provide the Services with due care and skill, the Services will be fit for the purpose that we advertise, and we will supply the Services within a reasonable time.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement.   • Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
