Counsellor Sample Clauses
Counsellor. An employee who is qualified to provide one or more of psychological assessment, psychoeducational assessment, career or personal counselling. The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree, or equivalent.
Counsellor. A counsellor is responsible for providing counselling services to students as required, including, but not limited to personal, crisis, career, vocational and/or academic counselling. Counsellors provide counselling services to faculty for teaching related student issues. Duties and responsibilities may also include development and delivery of workshops and other activities of a developmental nature. Maintenance of appropriate records is an integral part of the role of a Counsellor.
Counsellor. This position is responsible to the Associate Vice-President (Student Services and Enrolment Management) and University Registrar for providing counselling services and human development programs appropriate to the Xxxxxxx University community. This function may include tasks as follows:
a) personal counseling,
b) financial counseling,
c) marriage and family counseling,
d) crisis intervention,
e) career and vocational counseling,
f) academic counseling,
g) group activities of a therapeutic and developmental nature,
h) maintenance of appropriate records, and
i) such other appropriate duties as may be assigned by the Associate Vice-President (Student Services and Enrolment Management) and University Registrarthrough consultation with the incumbent.

Counsellor. An employee who is qualified in counselling. The preferred minimum qualification is a Master's degree in career, educational, and/or personal counselling.
Counsellor appropriate degree from a higher education institution and at least three years study in psychology or other such study as the employer deems appropriate, plus two years appropriate vocational experience.
Counsellor. In addition, a clinical counsellor shall be registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counselors.
Counsellor. For whose primary function is counselling, whose secondary function is training/workshops, and who do not participate in a Coordinator role with contracts.
Counsellor. Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in counselling or a related field, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Must hold a health science or applied science bachelor degree in leisure, recreation or diversional therapy recognised by the Diversional Therapy Association of Australian National Council, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Must hold a bachelor degree in exercise and sports science, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
