Country Club. During the term of the Executive's employment, the Company shall pay (1) the initiation fee (up to $15,000) for the Executive to join a country club in the Austin, Texas area, and (2) the Executive's regular monthly dues at such club.
Country Club. The Company will pay (or reimburse the Executive for) or cause the Employer to pay (or reimburse the Executive for) the Executive’s country club initiation fee and dues incurred during the Term on such basis as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company or its designee from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount of benefits provided pursuant to this Section 4(c) in any one calendar year may not affect the amount of benefits to be provided hereunder for any other calendar year. To the extent the Company or the Employer reimburses the Executive for any such fees or dues, such reimbursement will be made as soon as administratively practicable after the expenses are incurred, but in no event later than the last day of the year following the year in which the Executive incurs the reimbursable expense.
Country Club. The Bank will reimburse Executive for the membership costs at a country club acceptable to the Bank, in accordance with Bank policy.
Country Club. During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive with a Country Club membership in any country club or recreational sports club of Executive’s choosing at a cost of up to Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per month, less any required taxes or withholdings.
Country Club. The ownership of all club memberships paid by the Company for the Executive prior to his termination from the Company shall be transferred, fully paid and free of charge, to Executive upon the termination of his employment from the Company.
Country Club. Upon the Company reaching $200 million in revenues, Employer will provide Executive with a country club membership, and pay all monthly fees and expenses during the term of employment.
Country Club. During the Employee’s employment under this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for dues (including reasonable initiation fees) associated with the Employee’s membership at one club selected by the Employee and approved by the Company.
Country Club. The University shall pay the initiation fee for the Employee to join Terre Haute Country Club and shall further directly pay the monthly dues and charges for as long as Employee serves as President. The amount of the monthly dues shall be paid directly by the University. The Employee agrees to reimburse the University for any charges incurred at the Club which are not for University related business.

Country Club. During his employment hereunder, the Company shall pay membership and basic dues for the Executive at the Sunnehanna Country Club. Any payments or benefits payable to the Executive under this Section 5 in respect of any year during which the Executive is employed by the Company for less than the entire such year shall, unless otherwise provided herein (including without limitation the Bonus payable to the Executive hereunder) or in the applicable plan or arrangement, be prorated in accordance with the number of days in such year during which he is so employed.
