However, in no event shall Subrecipient's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Subaward be relieved, excused or limited thereby. 6.2.1.2 Upon request of Subrecipient, providing direction to Subrecipient, as appropriate in areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.
