Countys Contract Manager. Responsibilities of the COUNTY’S Contract Manager include: ▪ ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; ▪ making changes in the terms and conditions of this Contract in accordance with Sub-paragraph 8.1, Change Notices and Amendments; and ▪ providing direction to CONTRACTOR in the areas relating to COUNTY policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.

The COUNTY’S Contract Manager is authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is authorized to further obligate COUNTY in any respect whatsoever.
