County’s Contractor Hearing Board. If there is evidence that Contractor may be subject to debarment, the Department will notify Contractor in writing of the evidence which is the basis for the proposed debarment and will advise Contractor of the scheduled date for a debarment hearing before the County’s Contractor Hearing Board. The County’s Contractor Hearing Board will conduct a hearing where evidence on the proposed debarment is presented. Contractor and/or Contractor’s representative shall be given an opportunity to submit evidence at that hearing. After the hearing, the County’s Contractor Hearing Board shall prepare a tentative proposed decision, which shall contain a recommendation regarding whether contractor should be debarred, and if so, the appropriate length of time of the debarment. Contractor and the Department shall be provided an opportunity to object to the tentative proposed decision prior to its presentation to the Board of Supervisors. After consideration of any objections, or if no objections are submitted, a record of the hearing, the proposed decision and any other recommendation of the County’s Contractor Hearing Board shall be presented to the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors shall have the right at its sole discretion to modify, deny, or adopt the proposed decision and recommendation of the Hearing Board. If a Contractor has been debarred for a period longer than five (5) years, that Contractor may, after the debarment has been in effect for at least five

  • Contractor Hearing Board 1.   • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Arbitration Board Hearings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall grant leave without loss of pay to a reasonable number of employees representing the Union before an Arbitration Board, provided the dispute involves the Employer.

  • Hearing Aids Any active employee who is insured under any one of the 9 District sponsored medical plans may request reimbursement for the costs of 10 hearing aids. The maximum amount of reimbursement shall not exceed one 11 thousand dollars ($1,000) within any three (3) year period. The cost of 12 hardware, fitting tests, and other tests related to the hearing aids purchased 13 shall be included for reimbursement purposes. 14

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.
