Course Duration. The South African Civil Aviation Authority has designed one (1) training day to be equivalent of 8 hours. Therefore, the Licensee will generally be present for learning between the hours of 08h00 and 17h00 as is stipulated by the Institution (Licensor) as being normal training hours. Training will resume during weekdays from Monday to Friday. Training can be conducted on a weekend or on a Public Holiday due to availability of training equipment/Instructors/Aircraft.
Course Duration. The duration of the Course shall be in accordance with the Letter of Approval. The Course Provider must ensure the Course schedule allows the Trainees to complete (and also that the Trainees do in fact complete) the Course within 12 months of the commencement of that Course, even though the Endorsement Period may have expired for that Course by the time the training has finished.
Course Duration. This Student Enrolment Contract shall be for a: A limited period commencing on September’12 and ending on August’13 (a “Limited Contract”) provided that the term for any Limited Contract may not exceed four (4) years.
Course Duration. 18. You must complete your course before the expiry date outlined in OC’s confirmation of your enrolment (Maximum Duration). Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, if you do not complete the course within the Maximum Duration, your enrolment will expire and you will not be entitled to any refund or partial refund of Course Fees.
