Course/Option Details – Motor Vehicle Maintenance. Access to meaningful vocational placements and experiences, giving the learner opportunity to work on a range of ‘live’ vehicles. XXXXX engages with both male and females who have an interest in motor vehicles ranging from motor bikes to vans. During the placement learners develop a wide range of skills from brakes to body work, specialising where appropriate. Embedded within their placement are the IMI qualifications (aged 14+ only). Learners can gain up to a Level 2 in IMI, which will support progression, such as to Bradford College who currently deliver the Level 3 qualification. Suitability: Young people aged 12-18 Course length: One day a week or full time within XXXXX Independent school. Notice Required: Roll on; roll off Location: Frizinghall, Keighley, Buttershaw, Holme Wood or Canterbury (subject to availability) 2. Course/Option Details - Marine Division Our fleet of boats on the Leeds to Liverpool canal, run out of our Xxxxxxx Wharf base and young people can access the provision in small groups (1:5 ratio). Learners undertake a wide range of sessions from environmental work, to boat engine repair, to traditional trade and dry stone xxxxxxx, to boat handling and personal development.   • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Maintenance Agreement The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).
