Covered Locations. This contract is applicable to each of the following offices and locations. This contract will be extended to employees of Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ & Company at each other separate office or location of the Company, including one-person offices, that existed as of October 12, 2007 (the date of the ratification of the 2007-2010 Agreement) and at which the Union may hereafter during the term of this contract demonstrate that it represents a majority of Employees other than those employed in the typographical, stereotyping, press, mailing, paperhandling, delivery and machinist departments. This provision shall not apply to offices or employees of parent companies of Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ and their subsidiaries or affiliates, or to companies that may be acquired after October 12, 2007 or during the term of this Agreement.

Detroit, Michigan: Pursuant to a demonstration of majority status as of January 31, 1963, covering those Employees of the Company employed in Detroit, Michigan;

Covered Locations. Subject to the provisions of Section B below, the Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for all employees working in the classifications covered by this Agreement at the Employer’s janitorial-maintenance operations located in the following California counties: Orange, Los Angeles and those counties referenced in the areas of Appendix G to this Agreement.

Covered Locations a. We will provide coverage to all machines located at the business address listed in the Terms and Conditions on the signed proposal. b. Laptops and handheld devices will be given best effort support while not at the primary business location(s) listed in the Solution Proposal. We do not have control over your non-business location internet connections and therefore cannot guarantee successful resolution of end employee systems when outside of the primary business location. c. Home office locations are not covered in this agreement, unless agreed upon and listed in an addendum and attached to this agreement. In order for a location to be covered, all configuration detail and access to these environments must be provided by the client.

Covered Locations. Except as otherwise provided herein, on-site Maintenance Service shall be furnished under these Terms only at the site where the Covered Equipment was originally installed by Seller (“Covered Location”). The place of service for all mail-in maintenance service is the Seller’s main corporate address at 1035 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, with the exception of SmartSPIM, which will be at Seller’s Tennessee office located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
