Covering All Employees. The above deductions shall commence, in the case of each employee who is in the employment of the Company and who is a member of the Union, on the effective date of this Agreement. In the case of new employees, hired and who become members of the Union subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, such deductions shall commence with the first pay period following their date of hire.
