By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and understand that you are personally responsible for any damage, sickness, or injury to yourself and/or any guest or individual present on the Association's Property as a result of your use of the Community Center. You further understand and agree that your period of responsibility begins once you enter the Encino Park HOA property and/or once your usage time starts, whichever comes first, and does not end until you and all your guests have left the Encino Park HOA property. COVID Protocols. 14.1 The Resident acknowledges that he/she is aware that protocols for the prevention of the spread of the Covid virus are in force in the Roost and that such protocols are necessary to safeguard and protect all persons who enter the Roost.

Prior to performing any on-site work under this Agreement, Consultant shall provide Mendocino County Office of Education with proof of vaccination for all individuals who will be performing on-site services on behalf of Consultant. For all such individuals who are unvaccinated, Consultant shall provide Mendocino County Office of Education with weekly negative COVID-19 tests prior to allowing an unvaccinated individual on-site. In performing services under this Agreement, Consultant agrees to strictly, and without exception, follow all local, state and federal guidelines and protocols regarding COVID, including all Mendocino County Office of Education policies and procedures.

In the event of a positive result, the individual will not be allowed to return to the theater for 10 days unless one of the following occurs : Symptoms are explained by a different cause with a doctor’s note The individual has a negative COVID test within 24 hours If there is a negative test, the individual still needs Board approval to return in less than 10 days Since it is possible to keep testing positive for more than 10 days, an individual will be allowed to return after 10 days - even if still testing positive - but must wear a mask in all areas of the building until a negative test result is provided. CONTACT TRACING Attendance will be taken at all rehearsals, meetings, set builds, etc. If someone subsequently tests positive, we will trace contacts to the previous day, and all those exposed must provide a negative test before being allowed to return to the building or other rehearsal space. Social Distancing We are still asking that whenever possible we adhere to social distancing. This is especially true in the green room. Remember that it is up to the individuals involved in this production to help protect each other as best we can. Food and Drink No food and drink should be shared by any cast, crew, or musicians. During productions, snacks can be provided in the green room but all snacks must be prepackaged and not homemade.
COVID Protocols. 49. It is the sole responsibility of the client and its employees to strictly adhere to Covid19 protocols as stipulated by Expo 2020 and the caterer on site, failure to do so may result in denial of service.

(a) While on Client property or using Client facilities, Contractor will strictly follow all health and safety guidelines, rules, recommendations and related information provided by Client or published by federal, state/provincial and local governmental authorities with jurisdiction over Client’s operations in connection with preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus (collectively, the “COVID Protocols”). Client’s COVID Protocols as of the effective date hereof are attached hereto as Schedule 1 and may be amended, replaced or supplemented at any time by Client upon notice (including e-mail) to Contractor. In the event of any conflict between COVID Protocols provided by Client and COVID Protocols published by said governmental authorities, the more stringent and protective of the two will control and take precedence.

Tenant and Tenant’s Visitors shall abide by all Laws and COVID-19 protocols reasonably promulgated by Landlord and that are consistent with applicable Laws with respect to the common areas of the Building. Any future changes to said COVID-19 protocols shall be commercially reasonable and in line with protocols adopted by other class A office buildings in New Jersey with multiple occupants with shared amenities. Tenant shall have the right to institute COVID-19 protocols for Tenant’s Visitors within the Premises in its sole discretion, which shall be the governing COVID-19 protocols within the Premises (provided that the foregoing do not diminish any right of entry of Landlord or its agents, employees, and contractors in the Premises for the purposes set forth in this Lease).
