Common use of Cultural and Ceremonial Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural and Ceremonial Leave. An employee is entitled to five days unpaid cultural and ceremonial leave per year, to undertake cultural or ceremonial obligations for the community or group to which the employee belongs to.

Cultural and Ceremonial Leave. An employee is entitled to up to five days unpaid cultural and leave for cultural or ceremonial leave per year, to undertake obligations each 12 months for the purposes of undertaking their cultural or ceremonial obligations for the community or group to which the employee belongs tobelongs.
