Common use of Cultural and Ceremonial Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural and Ceremonial Leave. The Secretary may grant an Aboriginal and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander employee up to three days paid cultural and/or ceremonial leave each calendar year to take part in activities associated with their culture, including, but not limited to, NAIDOC week celebrations. Cultural and ceremonial leave can be taken in part days including in hours and minutes.
