Cultural Resources Coordination Sample Clauses

Cultural Resources Coordination. This project has been reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the National Historic Preservation Act. Notification of and information about the project has been provided by Reclamation to tribes for which the project area may have historical or cultural significance; no concerns have been raised. The assessment of project effects on cultural resources (Section 5.8) concludes that the potential for impacts is low due to the nature of the project (i.e., change in water management on the refuges), and, therefore, Reclamation has concluded that additional compliance activity under the National Historic Preservation Act is not necessary.
